Things that could be improved. Clean the floors & vents & windows.

The main issue was the cleanliness, found dirty dishes in cabinets that needed cleaning as well. We were reimbursed for purchasing ice since the ice dispenser was temporarily inoperable. The kitchen could use some dish towels. The A/C worked great, the hot water did also. The landscape front and back were nice. The host was responsive when communicating.

Would definitely consider again. The place was clean and kept well. Everything worked well. I wish they had some coffee, few other supplies, but not a big deal - shops are nearby for a quick trip.

The house itself was fine, in terms of room and location, but was very unclean. It looked dirty and sloppily cleaned before our arrival (floors dirty, counters barely wiped, and bed linens not washed), and any kind of deep cleaning was apparently out of the question. Many things need updating, like linens

Home was nicely furnished with good sleeping areas and comfy couches in living room. Washer and dryer located in the garage which was easily accessible. The kitchen needs a full set of silverware and better glasses for guests use. We only found a couple of forks and there was plastic silverware in the silverware drawers which for the nightly rate we paid, we would have liked a full set of silverware and the pizza pan was totally black, yikes!! This house is nice overall but it definitely needs better kitchen utensils and silverware and regular glasses vs plastic cups. We found 5 unlocked windows and someone else's dog poo in the backyard which my husband picked up as well as there was a note not to use the green trash can for trash or there would be a $50 fee but there was half a can of trash in it which my husband dumped into the other trash can which my husband wasn't too please with. Other than this, we had a nice stay.

This seemed like a nice place a first glance. However the whole house was not cleaned properly at all. The floor where gross we cleaned them upon arrival and had them come clean the second day only for them to still be gross and making your socks or feet black upon walking on them. The fans where caked in dust along with the vents, there is no way these have been cleaned in several weeks if not months. The trash can smelled too. All beds where rock hard and some of them where sunken in, one even seemed to be broken underneath. Fair warning two of the four rooms have very low to the floor beds while the others with double beds are high. Only one room with a TV for kids besides the livingroom. The master bathroom light is motion sensored and it will not stay off when you turn it off so nighttime bathroom moments was not fun. The other room with bathroom shower head is not properly fit so it would constantly fall. The owner had great communication with us and refunded a small amount for the cleaning issue.

House was as pictured with the renovations being very nice. The location was great and neighborhood was quiet. Owner responded quickly to questions/problems. Fenced backyard was a bonus.

This property was AMAZING! Perfect for our small group to just come together and relax. The house was in a great location and super clean on arrival. The property owner was very punctual on any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay here again on our next time in LA!

Loved my stay. House was big enough for the whole family. Place was clean and had the necessary essentials. Would stay there again.

It was great and I’d definitely use this property again. The only thing would be next time I’d bring our own bath towels. There weren’t enough for everyone.

Most of the noise was clean, with the exception of the finding of an old pizza in the oven and there were crumbs and food splatters on the stove and cupboards. It was great having most kitchen supplies to cook and eat, however, only one tiny frying pan. Maybe having a photo of the kitchen supplies would let people know what all is included. I would suggest adding on the description that the BBQ is charcoal. We liked the amount of beds and bathrooms for a bigger family. Very little or no counter space in bathrooms, would be a good idea to add a little shelf in each bathroom for toiletries. I enjoyed having a washer & dryer in the garage and the house/rooms were spacious. The house is upgraded and nicely remodeled and nicely decorated.

Very clean and inviting home the neighborhood is very quite, great location!

Great space, very clean and highly accessible to great food. 3rd bathroom was rather small but functional. Overall, we LOVED our stay and would go back.

Clean, cute and quiet! This house was even better then the photos. It made a stay for four adults very comfortable with four nice rooms and large beds that were very comfortable! I will use them again!!!

Had a wonderful experience with my family including our dogs. The house was very well kept and all accommodations needed were well prepared. The yard was was very clean, fresh cut grass had our dogs running around with pure joy. Very quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to various places to eat and purchase necessities nearby. Would definitely recommend this “Home” to anyone looking for a relaxing comfortable place to stay. We also had left our house key by mistake and the owner was very caring to notify us and send it back to us asap. Very pleased, 2 thumbs up!

My family stayed here for a few days for my graduation. The home is clean and spacious. We would stay here again.

The house is in a lovely neighborhood, next to an elementary school. It has an expansive parking area in addition to the 2 car garage. The door security system worked great, so along with the remote garage door opener it is a very safe stay. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was excellent for our group. Nice linens and furnishings in all the bedrooms and baths but some sort of drawers could be added to the bedrooms. The house was generally clean but the kitchen and bathroom walls could use a good scrubbing, the frig too. Some additional glassware and better quality silverware would instantly upgrade the kitchen.
