EVERYTHING WAS UP TO THE MARK. EXCELLENT

The booking was cancelled just when we were about to check in. We waited at the reception and got the answer that the room was given to someone else.
On enquiry to customer service, I was informed that the booking was cancelled because of no advance payment. We were not informed of any advance payment requirements by either Treebo or Booking.com
The booking was done on 13 June and I was to check in on 23. I was about to check on at 12.30 and the booking was cancelled at 12.15 on 23rd June. This was after a over nigh flight to kolkat from overseas. On enquiry Treebo is blaming booking.com for this..
Treebo offered to provide an alternative hotel atleast 7km away which was unacceptable.
The experience left a very very bad taste and I was extremely inconvenienced

The receptionist was very arrogant and didn't take any responsibility for the customer concerns.
No hot water facility available. The management very much aware of it and doesn't respond to complaints. The 402 room is too worst.
Bath towels were not provided when requested for it.
The price for everything, food, and water was too costly. Never book this hotel.

Most amenities available like..Ac ,tv ,wi-fi ,hotwater electric kettle,teabags..good veg buffet breakfast every morning..all shops are close by.

Lots of flies come into bathroom night time. Window should be sealed.

Very worst experience guys ,
They have over charged 700 rs for me also not given the bills when I asked. Bcz of small patch in bedsheet they have charged 700/- which is not acceptable at all. After a heat arguments also they are least bothered.
Team pls help to other people to escape these kind of issues.
