Had a great stay. The room was clean and had all the facilities I required. It was definitely good value for money and I will definitely be staying again

Everything was fine for the cost

Booked a twin room got a double my poor mum who has ill health had to share a bed with me. Opened curtains in room and there was 2 ladies sitting on chairs outside our window so had two days stay with curtains shut breakfast was like cardboard were it was under hot lamp so long complained but all I got was sorry by rights should have at least been offered part refund will not be staying again

Nice room, good facilities, very clean.

Feather pillows were hard, and not comfortable, didn't sleep well unfortunately. Really should be polyester pillows as lots of people are allergic to Feathers

Stayed at the venue for a family party and was very impressed with the overall staff and food. Buffet for the party was lovely and breakfast was perfect. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. The whole venue was clean and very well maintained

The beds in the room were not the most comfortable and the shower was little more that a trickle! Also the Wi-Fi was pretty poor throughout the venue so I gave up with it!

no heating in the room, breakfast options are limited.

Check in, Room 11, Supper - tasty and well presented, Breakfast good, Bed comfortable, Room right temperature.

Shower curtain hook missing, water sprayed onto floor by door as a result, although I was able to soak up the overspray with the towel provided. Solution is to refix the curtain hook, which is on the shower curtain already but awkward to clip on to the rail.
