Carlos was extremely helpful and the property came with a great welcome pack of provisions as well as an abundance of supplies. Plentiful herbs, salt, pepper, butter, oil as well as lots of toilet rolls, kitchen rolland even cling film! There was also a delicious cake provided in the fridge :) Wifi was super fast and the complimentary Netflix a bonus.

A dishwasher would make this even better, but honestly we didn't notice the lack of one. Perhaps a dimmer or more warm floor lamps downstairs would help with the evening ambience.

Beautiful location and a spacious very well equipped living area surrounded by lovely garden and pool. Amazing sunsets. Teresa and Carlos were super helpful and friendly.

Only minor negative for a light sleeper was that being a wonderfully rural location the neighbouring cockerells wake at 4 or 5am to greet the day. But then go back to sleep for a couple of hours.

Carlos, the landlord called us about one hour before we arrived to the house and he arrived the same time as we did to let us in, showing us all the facilities and how everything works. The house is very well equipped with all what you need. A big bonus is that when we arrived there where bread, milk, cheese, marmelade, juice, wine and so on for us to use. In the kitchen you have all the spices you need, olive oil and vinegar. The house is big and very well planned with a lovely garden including a pool and a magnificent sea view. From the house you can walk along the seaside to the village San Juan de la Rambla with nice restaurants, about 1km. We stayed for one week an would have stayed one more if it had been available. Amazing place!
