Really good location - a little away from the main buzz of restaurants and bars on the Broadwalk, yet still just a few steps to the sand and maybe 100 yards to the ocean. Capping off the views from inside and the patio are the nice little extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels) provided by Michelle. We took advantage of the kitchen and made several meals during our stay. This unit had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Good space for a couple - or a couple with small children. Probably would feel tight for 4 adults. Had a fantastic time and a very positive experience during our stay and look forward to absolutely returning to this property again.

Everything was more than we could have ever wanted for a vacation getaway! The location is absolutely beautiful and so was the condo!

- Day of booking I send the property manager, Michelle, a message inquiring about availability of a pack-N-play. No response so I sent another message a week later. Finally got a response 2 days after the 2nd message. - I received no communication from Michelle that she needed to know what time we were arriving. Still, the day before our arrival I messaged her & let her know that we would be arriving in the early afternoon. No response. - Our flight was delayed 6 hours, so I messaged Michelle that we would be arriving around 8 pm. She responded "...I tried to respond yesterday but the messages were not sending. We are in N.Y. and service is really bad. YOU MAY ARRIVE AT ANY TIME YOU LIKE. I will be flying upon your arrival. The code is **. I will buy the WiFi package just in case you have an issue with the door although I think it would be fine..." - We arrive around 7:30 pm but the lock is jammed and won't open despite dozens of attempts and pushing/pulling on the door to various degrees. The code works but lock is jammed. We text/call but she is not answering. After waiting for almost an hour and with a fussing 1 year old past bedtime we decide to go to Marriott. - After we are checked-in she is able to respond in a series of texts "If you want a refund no problem. I'll rebook other guest. -- I advised I would be flying at this time. Your original arrival was at 4. -- Actually I'm going to contact VRBO bc it's not fair I lose the entire reservation over impatience. Your first text was 50 min ago and you changed your arrival time after I intentionally booked a later flight." After some arguing back and forth she says "No hand holding has every been needed. It's as simple as entering a code and giving the door a little attention. I'm blocking the door and arming the alarm." - The next morning we agree that I will try to open the lock under her coaching, still didn't work. She then gives me code for lockbox with keys inside on the back door (this info would have been nice to have in advance). I try with the key from the inside and outside of the front door and it STILL won't budge. Finally, later on, we are able to force the lock open with repeated wrenching and some WD40. The lock is SEVERELY rusted. She STILL maintains her attitude that nobody has ever had a problem with the lock and that I wasn't doing it right! - She did oblige my request for refund the 1st night but it took her 9 days and 2 requests to do it.

Property and Michelle were great. This location is perfect! Easily walk to everything and not in the busiest area of the beach. Will definitely be back to Hollywood again!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's condo. We were celebrating our 51st anniversary and we really picked a perfect place to do it.The condo itself was very neat and clean and the view was. to die for. Beautiful ocean views and loved people watching on the board walk. Michelle was a great host. Had a few wrinkles to iron out and she took care of them super fast. Even had a beautiful bouquet of roses on the bedside table when we arrived. Very lovely surprise. We would definitely stay here again. Location, Location, Location That's what it's all about. Thanks Michelle.

Only issue was needed fan in bathrm. Otherwise beautiful place quiet close to everything.

Condo was everything we expected and more!

Great location, very well equipped beach house, good communication with owner, clean, quiet location with great people watching from deck, wonderful beach, many shops and restaurants to pick from, great for walking, jogging and biking, lots of activity during Spring Break

Everything about this apartment was perfect! It was fully stocked right down to ziplock bags. The best part is the location! You literally walk out to the beach. It’s located in the perfect part of the boardwalk. It’s not busy or noisy. The pullout bed was amazing. It wasn’t a regular mattress, it was a temperpedic mattress and super comfy for our teenager. The apartment was clean and the owner was amazing to work with! We will rent again!!!!

Had a terrific stay. Location is superb and the apartment is beautifully outfitted. Definitely as advertised. Great to be right on the beach and near everyhting in Hollywood Beach.

The place was clean, quaint, updated and about 10 steps from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The outside is being redone but don’t let that fool you. The inside is very nice. We had 4 people and it actually worked out well. Would stay again!

We had an amazing week at the condo. The pictures don't do it justice, it is beautfully decorated with beachy accents. The view of the ocean is incredible. I loved watching the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. It is within walkable distance to all of the great restaurants Hollywood Beach has to offer. This will definitley be our go to vacation spot whenever we visit Hollywood Beach. I highly recommend it.

Michelle’s property was the nicest place we’ve stayed at in Hollywood. The view was breathtaking, AC was as cold as we hoped it would be, unit was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need including a bike and beach toys. There is no better location in Hollywood! Michelle thank you for such an amazing property and we will only stay at your place when we return!

The place is very comfortable and appealing with a beach feel. It was a very well equipped kitchen. Location on the broadwalk is great with easy access to restaurants. The outdoor second floor balcony is great for people watching or just looking at the waves.

Beautifully remodeled condo. Very roomy, lots of extras included like bike, large beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Excellent location in the middle of the broadwalk.

Beautiful unit, great size for a couple, with a large upper deck facing the ocean for sipping that morning coffee or evening wine. Owner Michelle goes out of her way to accommodate her guests and that makes for a most relaxing & memorable beach vacation. The only downside of this apartment is the lack of bathroom counter space and exhaust fan, but those are just minor inconveniences, otherwise it’s perfect. Highly recommend the cozy, beachfront property!

This was our fourth stay in Michelle's rental. She's very pleasant and provides a remarkable vacation experience. The unit has everything anyone could want, plus more. Location, location, location! Everything about this rental is special
