La ubicación del apartamento es excelente. Estás en pleno en un barrio muy bueno , tranquilo y seguro. El apartamento es perfecto para familias de 4-5 personas. Hay habitaciones y baños suficientes para estar cómodos

Roomy, clean and in great location

No toiletries and the bedroom was connected to the entrance.

Location location location. The apartment was close to the major tourist sights and in a great neighborhood. It was easy to get around and we felt safe walking at night. Host - The host provided detailed instructions and was prompt and responsive to questions. We arrived late at night and they provided an alternate way for us to get the keys. Hot water - There was plenty of hot water for our family of four Space - The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room. Apartment facilities - All the basic items were provided and sufficient

Wifi - the wifi was slow at various times of the day. Beds and pillows - they could use a refresh. Ambiance of the apartment - it is dated and not modern

The property is perfectly located, and the staff is very helpful, accommodating, and resourceful. The apartment is wonderful and very comfortable.

I’ve been Prague 5 times and this is the best location I’ve stayed in, right in the centre. we booked the 3 bedroom apartment, 3 huge bedrooms, 1 shower, two toilets, washing facilities. Was very clean!

We needed to split our stay into two periods and requested two separated invoices. We described our issue and the host simply said that they could do it. After the checked out, the host gave us only one invoice.

The location was great, really centered just 5 minutes from the main square, the view from the apartment was nice, the apartment was really warm. The staff was friendly and ready to accommodate our needs.

I GOT BITTEN BY BED BUGS!!! That says it all. We stayed at apartment 4b and one of the rooms (our room where me my husband and our baby slept) had a weird smell when we entered, Which we figured out later it was some disinfection effort. I got bitten the first and second night but didn't realize it until we saw the bites on my body, stains on the pyjamas and finally after careful examination we found the bed bugs themselves partying in our mattresses. It was HORRIBLE. I1 week after coming back home the bite rashes are only getting worse and the horror of perhaps having brought them with us is another stressful thing we have to deal with back at home. Nevertheless, we asked to change apartments and thankfully the girl at the reception changed it immediately. However both apartments lacked cleanness (a lot!!!), Don't uncover the bed and pillow sheets if you want to have nightmares. The rooms were pretty old and everything cracked...from the beds, the pavement, the cabinets were ready to fall off...the list is long. But being comfortable during our stay was a pretty great challenge. I really suggest the owners do a thorough disinfection from pests and keep it cleaner if they don't want people to leave in horror from their apartments and leave reviews just like mine. It is sad as it kinda ruined our holidays in prague, killed the mood. At least i am happy that they didn't bite my baby too.
