Good Breakfast. Good food quality

Toilet flush button came out. Complained about this at reception while leaving in the morning on the first day; however on coming back in the evening found that it was not repaired. Again had to complain after a tiring day and had to wait till it got repaired.

Breakfast spread was good and we enjoyed alot. Suit rooms are very good & specious.

Executive Suits are these rooms are not mentioned on website. It will be easy if you mention the same on Booking.com

The property is showing signs of age. It needs a major upgrade.

The facilities staff checked in for room-cleaning etc. continually and that was good. They were courteous.

The food at Sonnet is not great. Very very limited breakfast menu and it is like some bed and breakfast place with similar menu being repeated at breakfast each day. I'd also like to mention a room-service staff called Souvik here who is especially loud and disturbing even though he sees that the guest is on work calls which is definitely not appreciated. On my last day there, while I had not called for room service he came to the room looking for his colleague. It is just not appropriate to have someone like him as a room-service staff. I'm hoping feedback is passed on to the staff and action is taken.
