The bed was so hard. There was not water for 2 days. No hot water. Also no one spoke English. Needs security very badly. Also the person in the room next to me had a dog who barked all night and i notified the staff and they did nothing

It was near beach. Besides its location was surrounded by several restaurants.

The Hotel absolutely does not have sea view, but they stated they have in booking. The staff were really bad and rude. The remote of air conditioner did not work and they told us we should not turn that off. Also we were not able to change the degree of air conditioner so I got cold. The rooms were not clean and lots of sands were on the floor which adsorbed to our feet. Even the electeric card of room did not work appropriately so they also asked to do not remove the card until we stay there. Awful Wifi connection which disrupted every 3 minutes. The lock of door was not worked fair, so I had to take all my valuble goods with me when we went out of hotel.

No internet on my arrival yet they expected me to pay when they themselves don’t/ can’t use their POS. they had to force me to go withdraw some money before they would attend to me. The entrance of hotel was under renovation and they whole place looked out of touch.

Internet in room 309 poor, if not useless, Mattress sheets to small for matress continually slipping off, mattresses really heavy and not enough space to refit mattress sheet by yourself. No space or cupboards for clothes, 2 coat hangers supplied, you had to live out of your case, room only suitable for one person. Shower no pressure, dribble and no hot water
