Was a 15 minute walk to the MTS station and the staff was very friendly

Room was very humid and wet, condensation built up on the windows and blankets felt damp no matter what temp you put the ac on. Could tell that the room was run down and some areas were not very clean. Ex) shower/tub had mold areas

by far the best hotel i have stayed, the staff are v sincere to their jobs and v kind. especially the 2 sisters at the restuarant and the people at the reception. clean and beautiful hotel. family friendly. the kids loved the pool.

The food is not for Muslim.. The train is far.. Not active neberhoud . They took 1000 bat for insurance and they promise to return it back.. Up to now they did not send it back.

Good location, gym and pool are very good

Quite run down rooms, not providing small towels, A/C and WiFi are weak

Close walk to sky train, good value for money with friendly staff. We stayed on level 12 in a corner room and the views where fantastic

the cleaning everyday. it’s not very eco-friendly and many hotels already don’t do that, they propose you to choose

cleaning there is really bad. a spider fell right on my face when i entered the room. there was big black hair. some ceiling lights was falling out of their spots. generally maintained poorly

Old and faulty facilities, curtains falling in the middle of the night, burnt lights bulbs, cracked hair dryer, soiled sofa, phone and TV not working properly. Bad housekeeping, toiletries not replenished, grey towels with soiled spots.

Easy walk to bts,plenty of food places around.fantastic massage on 2nd floor.

The one bedrooms are a great value for money and nice if you have the view towards Lumpini park. Big gym and a great breakfast. We stayed here first time for 4 weeks and the whole time the wifi was very unreliable. Came back after a couple of weeks and stayed for another week. This time the wifi did not work at all! Very frustrating. They tried to fix it but never succeded and the problem was all over the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms could need some updating. It's a great location with good restaurants nearby.
