Good environment for family and nice place to relax. Owners very nice

good apart from waiting time for keys. Check out is 10am, check in is 4pm. You think they have plenty of time to prepare the accommodation. We arrived at 4.20pm and got keys to our caravan at 5.40 as they started to clean it after we arrived so wasted 1h waiting.

Despite all, the staff was nice, especially at the ristorante. Also the food was okay. The patio was quite poetic.

The check-in and checkout process was unbelievable, had to pay 100 € deposit (I guess people are stealing plastic chairs or cutlery?!) and then wait 25 mins untill the kind but extremely slow lady checked the apartment. The shower is a joke. We couldn't find the rubbish bins anywhere which is very uncomfortable in such a big camping site like this. The lake is very cloudy, not tempting for a swim. I wouldn't say a thing if the price was lower but OMG for 115 € we had completely different expectations! Total failure and definitely don't recommend this place.
