Bed was a little creeky however very comfortable.

Stayed here for 1 night taking my parents to visit York for the first time . Great amount of space for 9 adults . Extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Left crisps and a box of chocolates as a welcome gift. Pint of milk in the fridge and tea sugar and coffee supplied too. Spare pillows and quilt if needed. Plenty of free parking , which was great as we had 3 cars. 2 minute walk from the Black Horse pub where we had a lovely meal by an open fire. Great communication from the host and all questions were answered quickly. Would definitely stay here again

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR THE WEDDING WE WERE ATTENDING.

The place have been well prepared for our needs i.e. high chair, books, colouring materials for kids. There was also a welcome treat which was very thoughtful of the owner. Steve was easy to talk to. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family 😊

May need some more lights especially by the dining area and also more fans could be provided especially during summer. Shower in the middle bedroom is not that strong. A clock in the lounge or dining area would also be a good addition.

Liked the property, it was central to where we wanted to be. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
