We have absolutely loved all of our stays at this beautiful condo and can’t recommend it enough! You truly can’t get any more oceanfront than this. It’s always wonderful to have the options to either walk directly onto the beach, which is just steps away, or enjoy the ocean views from the shaded balcony. No matter what the weather, you can enjoy a beachfront experience. The balcony is also perfect for oceanfront dining, which guests can make as informal or formal as they wish without having to worry about things like long wait times and noisy restaurants. The ocean views from the entire front of the apartment are astounding. You can enjoy the beach with home comforts while doing a variety of activities, even when you don’t walk directly onto the beach. The hosts are wonderful and put a lot of thought and effort into taking care of their guests to ensure they have a fantastic trip. We’ve enjoyed five family vacations at this condo and are already looking forward to our sixth!

This condo unit at Coral Sands was perfect for our first visit to Amelia Island! Everything was clean with comfortable furnishings, and just as pictured.
We enjoyed the 1st floor balcony view and ocean sounds - a great place for our morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped. And we appreciate the extras like kitchen towels, soaps, paper towels, coffee and filters.
They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrella plus there is easy access to the beach. Made the sunny days easy to experience.
The condo is just a short drive from the lovely historic downtown of Fernandina Beach, with lots of shops and restaurants. Great location!
We had good communication with the hosts to answer a few questions.
We would love to spend time here again!
Overall our mini-vacation to Amelia Island was very enjoyable.

Very disappointed in condition of unit. Black mildew on bathroom sink plug, bath towels were thin and old, no dishcloth in kitchen, stove’s electric burners were all uneven, food slid to one side of the pan, and dollar store utensils. The kitchen faucet was in need of repair as it seemed ready to come apart at any time. The unit had no insulation either in the floor which was always cold or the ceiling. Very noisy due to tenants upstairs, and construction in parking area. The thermostat stopped at 70 degrees and it was cold and very windy in February, so we were always trying to stay warm.
The view and proximity to beach was wonderful. I always look for five star reviews before I book, this had many, and I don’t consider myself to be fussy but this was NOT worth what we paid for it.

Property was just as described. The bed was very comfortable, great location on the beach, and only a short drive to great shops and restaurants.
Parking is a little tight, but we had no problems finding a spot.
The stove is out dated, It took 10-15 minutes just to boil water.

We recently stayed here with our toddler son. The location was absolutely perfect, right on an uncrowded beach! We saw beautiful sunrises each morning from the balcony. The condo was well equipped and had everything our family needed. We were able to cook most of our meals there. We appreciated the extras included, like the high chair and sand toys. One thing to note for future families is that the bathroom has a shower/bath combo but due to the drain cover installed we weren't able to actually fill the bath for our young son so we had to hose him down with the sprayer. It wasn't a big deal though. I would recommend this condo for any families to stay at.

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we can't wait to come back! Candace was a gracious and responsive host. The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. This little condo is situated in a wonderful location, right on the beach and close to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. It should be noted that parking is limited and you could find yourself without a parking spot with no alternative parking, other than blocking someone in. The owners said this doesn’t happen often and I have no reason to doubt them as they were very responsive to us. However, it did happen once to us so be aware of the possibility. This is a great area and we enjoyed our stay there!

The cleanliness of the place was the downside the floor was dirty sand in my bed sand all in the washer and dryer every surface I wipped there was dust we have to leave so early but its like they dont even clean

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week on Amelia Island and stay at this Coral Sands property. The view of the Atlantic Ocean was superb. We enjoyed coffee, watching the sunrise and walking along the beach during the day and evening. A full moon was a bonus!
Candace was prompt about answering questions. While the property is older, the convenience, the decorations, and the short access to the beach, along with a smooth process made our stay at this property a great one!

Relaxing Space and Location
This adorable 2 bedroom was perfect for our girl's weekend. Waking up to the sunrise and having a view of the ocean all day was just perfect. The location is a few minutes away from the downtown area where there are many restaurants and shops. A grocery store is also close by. It's just down the street from Ft Clinch. The unit is fully equipped and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Thank you for a great experience.

Relaxing Thanksgiving Getaway!
My husband and I enjoyed a great, quiet week at this wonderful property - literally steps from the ocean. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner and dined on the balcony watching the waves roll in. We also ventured out to quaint downtown restaurants and shops, as well as visiting the lighthouse and Fort Clinch. Candace was friendly and responsive, and we very much appreciated her generosity in allowing us to check out two hours late. We can't wait to return!

Perfect sunrise views!
We enjoyed our stay in this super clean beachfront rental. The views of the beach from the balcony were wonderful. We had a front row seat for several beautiful sunrises, and marveled that we could even stargaze at night from the same spot. The unit is well-stocked with all necessities so we were able to settle in for the important business of forgetting the “real world” for a few days. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful, wonderful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coral Sands condo. The view was spectacular. We saw porpoises, pelicans, and even a submarine off the horizon. The condo was as described and a very close walk to the beach. Parking was not a problem even though the spaces are tight. This of course is no reflection on the owner of the condo. Plenty of towels, supplies and the beds were very comfortable. The elevator was a plus even though the condo is on the first floor, especially with having bad knees. We will definitely stay here again/
