The views onto Noto were stunning, the pool area is excellent and the rooms were a good size

The airconditioning did not cool the room for our first two nights until it was serviced

Beautiful and peaceful place with stunning views onto the historical centre of Noto. Amazing and very kind staff. Breakfast is amazing.

The rooms are fairly small and basic, bed very stiff. Walls are paper thin so barely any privacy, kept being woken up by loud neighbours. Hard to relax, which was the objective of our trip.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Quite place and a great view from Noto and great value for money.

Breakfast was good but could have been more varied with more options and the coffee was surprisingly poor for Italy. The €21 charge for taxis to and from town stung!!

This is newly done up in a beautiful courtyard style with rooms, in the main, opening onto the courtyard. Generous sized rooms, clean, modern Lovely large pool, including a poolside bar with snacks, with a great view of Noto. a welcome relief from the heat of the city At most 5mins drive from the centre Super friendly staff - fantastic welcome from Carolina. everyone friendly - not always our Sicilian experience sadly Lovely breakfast with varied goodies

Beds - hard (as usual in Italy frankly - do you all like sleeping on rocks?!). Give me two pillows please, not just one.

A little gem in a beautiful location. The photo doesn’t lie! All the views look to Noto in the background. Just gorgeous.

Very nice little hotel looking at Noto. You'll need a car to get to Noto but it's a 5 min drive. The hotel serves good breakfasts with lots of choices but does not have a restaurant. The place is clean and looks recently renovated or opened and our double room was quite spacious and cosy and the bed confortable.

There was a great choice for breakfast on the buffet and the fresh orange juice was excellent.

Location was beautiful, overlooking a view. Property was well cleaned, and beautifully finished. The ladies at breakfast were welcoming and Carolina and Maria at reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful

Noto is very quiet out of season. It is a long walk into town.

The atmosphere, the view, the pool and the superb breakfast!

The room design is very very basic. We wanted to make some tea and there were no sockets that fit, so we had to move the table and disconnect the bar. We also wanted to charge our phones and the only sockets were behind the dressers plugged to the lamps...

Lovely stay with beautiful views of Noto and easy access to the town. Excellent breakfast - and lunch when rain kept us in one day - including gluten free options! Very comfortable bed and room. Friendly and helpful staff as well. The most adorable kitten near the pool who climbed in my lap seeking warmth on a cool evening when we came back from town after late dinner and were enjoying the night views.

The peaceful pool had the most amazing view that everyone raves about and the lovely young lady who ran the pool bar was so helpful and friendly making us delicious panini and tuna salads to enjoy as we watched the beautiful sunsets over Noto. A great place to relax after tiring touring days or just for a couple of days rest and recuperation.

The one way system in Noto town centre is somewhat challenging but that's not the hotel's fault. If you don't mind a bit of a walk, there is free parking where the market is held on Via Tommaso Fazella (with steps leading up the hill to the old town) and returning from there to the hotel avoids the compact city core and is quite straight forward.

The amazing breakfast, pool with stunning view of Noto, quiet location that one can reach the city center for dinner easily by car - everything was simply outstanding! We will definitely come back for a longer stay next time.
