Really helpful and polite staff, great location, well working air conditioner, overall good experience with a best in class value for money approach.

The staff are very kind and helpful!

The entire hostel is above ground floor and you need to be able to cary your luggage up stairs to stay there. Breakfast is served on the top floor (4th?) and there is no elevator available.

An all over pleasant stay! The staff were extremely accommodating! I booked two separate stays right after each other and the staff helped me store my bags and label them. The room was great for the price and felt clean. The aircon felt great during the warm summer nights!

This is not the right place to stay if you have difficulty walking up stairs.

Staff were very polite, attentive and helpful and gave us recommendations for the area. Common areas were clean and the rooms had good AC.

The room was smaller than we thought it was going to be, it was still comfortable but would be good to be made aware beforehand of how small rooms are compared to the pictures. The bathroom was really hot with no AC or circulation, the window of course had to be closed due to heat and mosquitoes but would be good to have something in place to stop it feeling like a wet room.

Very friendly staff, good roof terrace and breakfast with fresh coffee each morning. Provided umbrellas for the rain which was a nice touch.

The location was a little out of the way for a lot of the tourist sites (but convenience for the subway!)

Reception staff were incredible, very friendly and helpful with any requests or questions. The free breakfast is quite basic but good. Location is great, near to Gwangjang market and near the metro station so getting around is very easy. You can also walk to the Ihwa mural village easily.

Our room was a tiny bit small without a lot of space to keep luggage out of the way (our suitcases were just on the floor the whole stay), but this wasn't a big deal.

They were very friendly and offered to help with transportation. The location of the hostel was convenient for the bus and subway system. They also offered free breakfast which was nice if you need a quick breakfast. They also provided snacks which was very kind of them:)

Staff were very friendly and always willing to help! They lent us charging adapters when we found out during our first night that we needed one. They answered our questions about places to go and transportation whenever we had some that we cannot figure out ourselves. The staff working on our check-our day even helped us roll one of our luggages to the bus station as he was also headed out. Superb!!! The rooms (we stayed in two types) had adequate space. The deluxe room had more comfortable mattresses, but even the ones in the bunkbed room were not bad. Very clean rooms, too. Free hot/cold water from their dispenser. Location was excellent! Very close to the Kwagjang (or Gwangjang) and other markets. Close to convenient stores and bus/subway locations. Not a big thing, but sure to warm your heart --- they provide you a personal note and snacks on your arrival and departure!

Nothing major and specific that should prevent anyone from booking at this hostel location. The only thing I wish they would change is the time for free beeakfast. For tourists who are wanting to make the most of their days in Seoul, the 8 AM start for breakfast is a little too late, but as I have said, it is a very minor comment. You can always just grab on-the-go breakfast from a convenient store, or have breakfast somewhere when you get to your first location that day. Also, bring your own bath towel if you think the smaller towels they provide will not work for you.

how the staff nice , and clean

my room window have no good ventilation and day light and i stayed long so they supposed to offer another room have a days light from window, the street near the hostel have hore clubs , the let me pay additional amount from what I reserved through booking at that time

It was in good location and easy to get to many places. Staff members were nice. Breakfast was great. It was interesting experience for my kids. They only loved breakfast area and breakfast.

Booking.com gives you wrong pictures of the rooms as you book it and sends you totally different information by email. We had wrong expectations when we checked in and a guy in the front desk took almost an hour to check us in when we had so many people. It was so frustrating... It wasn't hostel's fault, but they were so accommodating. Rooms were super.... super small. You may want to bring your own bedsheets. Whatever they provide didn't feel like clean. Bring your earplugs. It was so noisy in the evening. You must bring a mosquito spray in October. Definitely not for family.
