Gail was a wonderful hostess and very helpful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and clean and had all the facilities. A great stay for the price. The breakfast was especially amazing. Anything at all you wanted to eat and they had thought of everything. Gail also has the cutest little dog if you fancy a wonderful cuddle like we did. Would definitely stay here again if the wifi was better.

oh my gosh this place is awesome!! Gail and Elaine are such wonderful and helpful hosts! Breakfast was fabulous and you really feel well cared for there. they obviously love what they do. The room was very nice as is the home itself. a very short and pretty walk to town and many places!

Gail made us feel so welcomed, could not do more for you.

Breakfast and location were both lovely. What made our stay though, was Gail‘s hospitality. She was as welcoming and accommodating as she could possibly have been. We had only one night in Inverness, and I was quite eager to go running on the day we checked out. She went out of her way to make sure I would have a place to come back to for a shower. This may not sound like much, but it was everything to me. Gail, it was delightful to meet you! Our deepest thanks to you.

Spacious , proper Scottish breakfast! Room was large and bed so comfortable. Hot showers lovely hostess who was knowledgeable about area and things to do , places to go and eat, she even called local restaurants for availability. Such a lovely place to stay.

Gaile provided the perfect stay: the facilities were clean, cosy and super comfy, and the breakfast was locally sourced and delicious. We were looked after very well and given excellent local tips which were all accessible on foot. Hope to visit again soon!

This is a great find! The bed was super comfortable as the breakfast was the best yet. They offer a buffet with cereal, fruit, pastry & yoghurt then you get a freshly cooked breakfast that you order the night before. They cannot be more accommodating, loved it!!!

Dionard is a great place to stay, the room we had was very well presented. The house is located in a nice part of Inverness and is close to local amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided lots of guidance on places to visit and eat.

There is nothing not to like about Dionard Guest House.

Accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly and it felt like coming home. Beds were comfortable and room was well equipped. Breakfast was a happy affair and the food was excellent.
