Large room

Location was near BKK airport. Hence a good place to stay before getting a flight early in the morning. Staff was very kind and the room rate is okay.

Rather old, but anyway good value for the money.

25/07/23 Warm welcome,helpful & friendly staff. Room,bed & bathroom.Good a/c,hot water & TV channels. Location to laundromat,good local food & 7/11. Efficient early morning transfer to airport 100B. What's not to like?

its what did not go well..... m,uch noise from above kept us awake all night.

room was clean and comfortable. no issues with that. nice pool area and small cafe restaurant. with a good car park and an over priced massage place.

I felt like I totally inconvenienced the staff at restaurant and reception. I was a hinderance to their day by checking in and ordering food. very little awareness of customer service. the rest of the stay was excellent and good value.

Location was great. Perfect hotel to spend the night before taking an international flight from Suvarnabhumi airport.

I appreciate thier airport shuttle service only.

We booked via booking.com. just stayed overnight before our transit. I went holiday with children. on thier website advertising photos and facilities were so good but reality is totally different. Rooms were smelly . Toilets so dirty. toilet seats and around were so strain and brown colour dirt. Corridor carpets weren't vacuum for long. Please don't book your stays by photos. Very bad hygiene.

Almost everything. We were there only 1 night. We've seen a person on the reception who wasn't really friendly, but it was late, maybe she was tired. Everything is old, but working.

Breakfast was basic but edible.Eggs cooked both sides😁 Coffee was instant but ok. Rooms were large and functional. TV progs in various languages and news and movie. Channel. Nice swimming pool outside well used by guests young and old alike.

The tiny black insects crawling over a few areas of room. A quick fumigate or two would improve things.

Location for airport transit is great

We were picked up from the airport by the hotel's taxi. The staff were very prompt and efficient to check us in. The room was basic but for one night fulfilled our requirements. There was a pool which was being enjoyed by other guests and would be a welcome diversion. Tea and coffee provided with a fridge. The on site restaurant cooked us a meal to order and it was very impressive The price was good too. We slept well and early next morning the hotel taxi was waiting to take us back to the airport. Well done to the staff who were a delight.

Beds very hard and toilet not working properly but we were too tired to complain and just managed with turning on and off the water valve. Not much else to complain about. This is a basic airport hotel at a very fair price.
