Room is very clean
After checked out and left the hotel, then I realized I forgot my universal power socket in hotel room.
Came back after few hours and asked hotel staff to help me, after sometimes they found it,
But the staff didn’t given to me, and told me this hotel universal socket.
This is not a good way to treat to the customer.

Very comfortable, clean and nice room. Possibility to open the window safely at the 15th floor!Nice view from the window. Good breakfast. Polite staff. Everything fit.

The reception staff in the evening was very helpful. I was looking for a supermarket to buy my hair spray. The staff gave good guidance and even found a cab for me outside the building. Thanks to him!
Well, fitness is great to have 24hrs open. It would be great to have a rowing machine of concept2.

The room was incredibly spacious and everything was high quality. The staff were very helpful and eloquent. I thoroughly enjoyed it here.
The location wasn’t great. It was a fair way from a train station and certainly from the town centre. Also, the plugs in the room were in awkward positions.

The hotel itself scores high on everything, very clean, good size rooms provided with all essentials (even iron and ironing table), safe , super quiet and very helpful polite staff.
The location not that great, far from the city centre and there is a good walking distance from the metro . Not much around in matters of shops and other services.

No restaurant, air conditioning set too warm, too big pillows, closed bar - only outside terrace which was cold

The room was big, comfortable, big TV (just german television station, but I had my apple TV), wifi good, shower big and nice, the bed was big and comfortable.

Comfy room with a nice river view.
A bit remote from public transportation, e.g. Frankfurt’s metro. Took quite much time and my long distance call to get my booking (which was confirmed by Booking.com) sorted out at check-in as the hotel said they didn’t have my changed date records.

the staffs were very poor.
called the staff three times and i was told no one was downstairs to attend to my room

I am a woman traveling alone. The parking garage was close by and brightly lit. I was always able to get parking on the entry level near the door. I never felt afraid there.
The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, whether it was the registration desk, cleaning staff or restaurant staff.
My dinner in the on site restaurant was the best meal I had in Germany during my seven day trip to Germany. That included my stay in Berlin as well as Offenbach.
The refrigerator in my room did not work, even after I reported it as broken. Other than that my stay was above all my expectations. I felt pampered and spoiled. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Excellent visit to Offenbach.

beautiful room, lovely design and the quality of the facilities - overall lovely space
the restaurant area was not the cheapest and the food was not overall super high quality, however it is understandable as the primary function is a hotel not a restaurant

it’s a good hotel.. good location
I booked a hotel because I always use and need the 24 hours kitchen service. But for my whole stay the kitchen was not operating which made it difficult and I had to go out to get food all the time. it slowed down my work and caused a big burden .. I could have been in a different hotel .. so I feel like I wasted my money
