Lovely boutique hotel in a fabulous location. Balcony provided which was a surprise. Nice cocktail bar with a great view of the tower on the top floor.

Bedroom was a bit on the cosy side but practical.

The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to shopping, the view at the end of Street was amazing, if and when we go vack to Austria we would certainly .consider staying again🌞

The room was small, with no coffee making faculty's, but that was due to the size of the room nowhere for coffee facilities.

Todo o hotel é maravilhoso. Equipe excelente, fala bem inglês, dispostos a ajudar. Quarto e banheiro excelentes, limpos. Tudo ótimo. A localização é maravilhosa, bem no centro velho, tudo fica a poucos metros.

Sou alérgico a tapetes, e o quarto é todo acarpetado.

Die Lage ist top. Könnte nicht besser sein.

Man merkt, dass das Gebäude schon sehr alt ist. Ab manchen Stellen macht sich das auch bemerkbar (wackelnde Dusche, kaputtes Waschbecken, schiefe Treppe, etc.).

Frühstück teils auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet mit guter Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer mit Blick auf Goldenes Dach zum höheren Preis ...; Zimmer war klein und Blick auf Goldenes Dach nur, wenn man auf das Schlafsofa klettert und sich in den Erker hineinstreckt. Das war ein rausgeschmissener Aufpreis. Zudem war das Zimmer abends/nachts laut, da direkt an der Fußgängerzone.

Frukosten var fantastisk.

Comfortabel, vriendelijk en deskundig personeel, meer dan uitstekend ontbijt.

The location of the hotel was excellent in the heart of the picturesque old town. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. They helped us with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The breakfast was superb and exceeded all our expectations as did our beautifully renovated room.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about this hotel.

Onze kamer lag aan de straat kant, en om 6 uur worden al winkels beleverd, waarna om 7 uur de vuilnis wordt opgehaald. Ook ‘s avonds was het vrij rumoerig. De isolatie is dus niet optimaal. Maar wat niet kan is dat deze kamer even duur is (vrij duur!!) als stillere kamers (de meeste) aan de achterkant

The staff was incredible and the breakfast was execptional. Everytime we needed anything from the staff they were ready and quick with solutions. Would recommend and comeback again for sure.

We stayed in Weissus Kreuz over 15 years ago and we were keen to return. We were thrilled with the renovations but also loved what remains of the original. We enjoyed the stylish luxury and the staff were phenomenal! We felt very spoilt!!!

Linda, the concierge, was especially helpful and very friendly. Her service, attention, and help were top notch. Our room was fantastic and larger than expected, she gave us advice on sights to see. She made our visit enjoyable and memorable. The bar staff at night were also super friendly and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of old town, but our room was quiet at night as it faced away from the main street.
