Questa incantevole villa con 3 camere da letto si trova a pochi passi dalla meravigliosa spiaggia di Trou aux Biches e dalla spiaggia di Mont Choisy. Fa parte di un complesso di 4 persone con giardino privato anteriore (include parcheggio) e giardino e piscina sul retro condivisi (area piscina non recintata, i bambini devono essere sorvegliati in ogni momento).
Situato a Mont Choisy, avrai un facile accesso a ristoranti, minimarket, banca / bancomat, centro immersioni e trasporti pubblici. Un breve viaggio a nord di Grand Baie e troverete più caffè, ristoranti, bar / vita notturna e shopping.
Tutte e tre le camere hanno letti matrimoniali, comodini, ventilatori. Due camere da letto con armadio / cassetti per la conservazione. Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato (bagno e toilette).

A very pleasant villa 3 minutes walk from the sea with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool was a big bonus. Bus stop a short distance away. A lovely garden where one can observe beautiful species of birds. We spent a very nice month here.

Eileen was very welcoming and responded quickly to our requests.
The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, and about 15 mins walk to Mont Choisy public beach access. Bus stops at about 10 mins walk, supermarket 2 kms away,
The place was as advertised. It included wifi, washing machine, linens and towels, simple kitchen with all the essentials, shared swimming pool that was regularly maintained, parking. The cleaning services once a week met the minimum requirements.
Overall the villa was good value for money and we recommend for a comfortable stay!

Awesome Location!
We stayed one month in this lovely property and couldn't have been more happy. Short walks to the best two beaches on the island....Troux Aux Biches and Mont Choisy. You will be delighted to try the restaurants practically next door at REFRESH and La PESCATORE. Cup of Noe for artisanal coffees, pastries, baguettes and breakfast can't be beat! Short drive into Grand Baie for more delicious restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets. The home felt private and safe and had everything we needed. The host, Eileen, was absolutely fantastic and helped us with suggestions and checked in with us to make sure all was well. We didn't have any issues at all. Housekeeping was provided twice a week which was a definite plus. All in all this home was delightful in every way and we highly recommend it!.

Guter Platz für einen schönen Urlaub
Zwei wunderschöne Strände zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund der Westlage atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar eine Grundausstattung von Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen, Putzmitteln etc. Ingrid ist eine wunderbare, warmherzige Vermieterin, die sich hervorragend gekümmert hat. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit.

La maison correspondait au descriptif fait et nous avons apprécié la piscine, le calme.
Également l’accueil de notre hôte a été parfait, elle s’est rendu disponible et surtout souriante et d’une gentillesse.

Eine ruhige Oase im Norden Mauritius
Wir wurden von Eileen, sehr freundlich empfangen, die uns zuvor den Weg zum Haus gezeigt hat und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie hat uns mit allen wichtigen Details versorgt und bei Fragen ist sie sehr reaktiv. Der saubere Swimmingpool ist der Hit, direkt am Haus, und je nach Wunsch kann man entweder auf der Pool- oder auf der Terrassenseite sitzen, Badetücher für den Pool stehen zusätzlich zu den normalen Handtüchern zur Verfügung.
Das Haus ist gut ventiliert, Ventilatoren und/oder Klimaanlagen stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, könnte vielleicht etwas mehr gepflegt werden. Wir haben die Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genossen, sowie vom Restaurant in direkter Nachbarschaft und vom neu eröffneten exzellenten Restaurant "Refresh" am Eingang zur Strasse. Wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt im Norden und dies größtenteils dank unserer Unterkunft.

Avons beaucoup apprécié le logement très confortable conforme à l'annonce .Proximité de 2 plages , des arrêts de bus et taxis . Maison agréable près de la plage de Montchoisy
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est proche de très belles plages et à proximité d'arrêts de bus et de station de taxis.
Le contact par mail avec Eilen avant notre arrivée a été très facile. Jeannine nous a accueilli sur place et a organisé notre transfert aéroport.
La maison est en tous points conforme au descriptif.

This was our second stay at this villa. Thank you for your kind hospitality, what a wonderful experience, we've had, from the day we booked the villa until we left! Two fantastic beaches, Mont Choisy and Trou aux Biches are a few minutes away by foot, you simply can't ask for more! About ten minutes drive are two large shopping and dining areas. The location of this property was ideal for us.
As a family of four, we felt at home from day one. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed. The owners have paid careful attention to every item in the villa ... and they've got things right. When we needed assistance, our requests were dealt with promptly. For our comfort, the maid who attended the property 3 times a week made sure we were not disturbed during the housekeeping tasks.
We are already thinking of going back for our third stay at this villa.

A great surprise!
The house was very cute and comfortable. Exactly as you can see in the photos. The swiming pool is a "big salvation " for those who travel with children. The Wi-Fi runs very good.Just a short walk to two of the most beautiful beaches of the island: Trou aux Biches & Mont Choisy beach, many services around as supermarkets and restaurants.The place is really quiet for relax, and just 7 min. driving to Grand Baie which is full of shops, local bazar's, mall's and with a great variety of tour operators to book an excursion on boat to visit diferentt islands.

Simply beautyful
Perfect little house to stay at with a very good resturant next doors ( mediterranee chez Gigi ) ! Nice and cosy and not to far from the both beaches . 25min walk to Troux aux Biches . Enjoyable and the Landloards are nice and care 4 everything!

Joli maison et bon accueil
Description conforme a la réalité. Excellent accueil de Janine qui met de suite à l'aise seul bémol nous étions 2 jeunes couples donc gras matinée mais la femme de ménage passe entre 9h00 et 9h30. Sinon rien a redire je recommande cette adresse n'hésitez pas.

Notre séjour à Mont Choisy s'est passé très agréablement, nous avons apprécié le logement qui correspondait à notre attente. La propriétaire ainsi que Janine et Margaret ont été très bien. Mme Grassy lorsque nous avons eu besoin de la contacter à répondu rapidement à notre demande.
Le logement est agréable, propre, ensoleillé et nous avons aimé avoir la clim, bien que nous n'étions pas encore en été. La plage, les bus, sont proche. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades.

Excellent stay Le Filao Villa
We had a pleasant holiday. As per description the villa was just perfect for 3 of us and a spare room to accommodate a friend. Two bathrooms including en suite which is very well though of.
Descent size of shared swimming pool was not busy due to the beach is only 5 mins walk to.
The area has everything we needed from local shops close by and bus stops to get to Grand Bay shopping centre and other tourists shops/restaurants.

Superb villa and hospitality
Thank you Eileen and Nadine for a memorable stay at your lovely villa. We fully enjoyed the experience from the day we booked right until we left. The property matched the pictures on the website. Rooms and amenities met our needs. The maid service was very handy since we did not have to worry about house keeping for the 20 days we stayed at the villa. Being close to one of the most beautiful beach in the world (Mont Choisy) was for us the most attractive part of the vacation. We definitely recommend the property to anyone and look forward to return again!

Dommage que pendant notre séjour nous ayons subi les travaux de la maison d'en face.

Fantastic holidays
I have spent four fantastic days in this newly renovated villa which is even better than advertised. The place is well maintained, clean and at walking distance to awesome beaches.Transport is easy and the place is calm.
Thanks to Eileen and Janine for their warm welcome and caring attitude. Too short stay, i will certainly come back.

Fabulous Holiday Villa
Great holiday villa in a quiet street off the main road.Very spacious, clean and well maintained with all facilities provided. Maid service was a pleasant bonus. Lots of restaurant options. Only a short walk to the beautiful Trou aux Biches or Mon Choisy beaches. A short drive or bus trip to the popular touristic destination of Grand Baie and shops. The friendly owners greeted us on arrival, were attentive to our needs and provided us with lots of local information. Definitely would stay here again and recommend this villa to all.

Maison très agréable mais modif a faire
Nous sommes restée 1 mois dans cette maison très agréable, nos enfants nous ont rejoints pour 15 jours. La description de l'équipement n'est absolument pas conforme.- il n'y a pas de piège à moustiques.- papier toilette non fourni, seulement 2 rouleaux.- lessive non fournie.- Il n'y a pas de clim dans la 3e chambre.- il n'y a pas de sèche linge,simplement un séchoir à linge.-Il n'y a pas d'alarme sécurité.- Dans la cuisine, pas d'eau chaude au robinet pour faire la vaisselle.-fenètres et portes très vétustes,une seule porte neuve qui donne sur la piscine.( l'ensemble a rectifier et la maison sera très agréable ).-Nous n'avons jamais vu la propriétaire EILEEN,de plus le jour de notre départ,nous n'avons pas vu la gérante??les clés ont été déposées chez le voisin. ( Malgré cela notre séjour a été très agréable.

Super Holiday!
What a lovely villa, it was clean, spacious, and very central to all beaches and bus stops. Beautiful restaurants as well in and around the area. It is nice and quiet, but not far away from the busy nightlife in Grand Baie. thank you Eileen for the awesome stay! and for that reasonable price it is perfect, especially for us South Africans! You will see us again!
