The location was very convenient, it was a fifteen-minute jeepney ride to the Skyranch and there’s a unique Mcdonald’s branch just in front of the property with a view of the lake. The host was very accommodating and helpful as well. She replied promptly to queries and guided us along the way. The unit was clean and the amenities were amazing. The building has a pool and the unit has a television, a couch and necessities for cooking and dining.

The owner is very responsive to my prior queries and same as the caretaker. The caretaker responded quickly on my questions during my stay. The unit including the beddings & towels are super clean and all basic needs are available. Wifi speed is superb with netflix and local channels as well. Great to have a flat iron readily available for ironing my long sleeves as I’ve attended a wedding. Fast check in and lots of available parking slots @Ground floor even on weekends.

2pcs wooden chair at balcony. one pc has no seat. better if these would be replaced with an outdoor chair and even small table that can fit the balcony. 2pcs of monoblock for dining is an eyesore. it ruins the overall look of the unit from the inside. replace this with a better than plastic. perhaps have the wooden chairs @balcony repaired then move back to the dining.

Same location as our first booking. The caretaker is also nice and esay to talk to, she accommodated our request for early check in and contacted us as soon as she finished cleaning the unit. We are also able to cook so it's a plus.

The contact person inidcated in the initial booking confirmation email. We reached out as we would like to request for early check in, but the way she/he texted was kinda rude as if we are a disturbance or something. Good thing it was the caretaker who handled the actual check in/check out so we don't have to communicate with her/him again.

This condo unit that we stay are almost has everything from what you needs in going shower, toilet, on bed and utensils. What I like here in the amazing view of the Taal Volcano in the Roof Deck or 23rd floor. I also like this condo unit because you would see the whole city in the roof deck. This unit has such overlooking view because of it’s geographical location. Plus the temperature here is very cold, I remembered during late afternoon you can really see the fogs which are so good to see in the condo unit balcony. Also what’s nice in staying in this unit is it is near in malls, schools and restaurants. The front desk here are also very smiley and welcoming.

Room check-out option. Promised okay with late checkout but they accept another booking before our checkout time. I felt like we are forced to get out.

Location was near to some restaurants and near the central area. Check in and check out process was fuss free. Bed was comfortable. Basic room for a night stay is ok

Toilets are cramped and small. Have some basic facilities and equipment, but have to prepare your own toiletries etc. Living room is basic but plastic chairs seems a bit dated.

It's convenient from malls and super market, kitchen utensils nothing problem,they have what we need,but of its a condo has an induction stove but the pan not for induction stove,I need to use the other pan,to fry sunny side up eggs,but instead of sunny side up eggs it turns to a scrambled eggs 😂😂but I love to stay the condo,owner is friendly and the care take even we didn't manage to meet them,and they let us check in as early as 11am instead of 2pm.

I don't any bad comments to the AAA condominium,but be careful to those tuktuk driver they will charge you too expensive and don't let them bring you to bring to the very expensive restaurant down the Taal volcano,the heck the cheapest order is the bulk halo it's called but no young coconut inside,bulalo is 850 pesos per order which is over priced,😂😂😂
