Great breakfast. Ordered the evening before and a nice selection of gluten-free products available for breakfast. Lovely sized room, with nice bathroom. And a perfect location - 2 mins from the main square.

the location is great. Academia 21 is in the heart of Mantovas downtown,easy to reach anywhere by foot.

The location was ideal being right in the old city center and the breakfast was exceptional! There were snack food items available and there was almost no traffic noise. The room was modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would totally stay here again!

The guest assistent are extremely friendly and helpful!! Thus AAA+, even if we arrived late at night due to high traffic there was someone to open the door and to give us all needed informations! Bravo! The location is perfectly situated and really in the Center! You are there and can feel the impression of old Mantua The sleeping room is smal, surly <15sqm but this is absolutely no issue at all, the beds including the mattresses are really good, you will wake up relaxed! Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable, and chic

A very clean and well designed room with a good and spacious bathroom. Federica, our host, was very friendly and accommodating with our time of arrival, we were able to access the room early and the instructions for parking were helpful - as was the advice for places to eat. Mantova itself was a real revelation and wish we’d had more time to spend here. The B&B is well located for exploring the historic centre and the surrounding lakes. We didn’t have breakfast, but Federica told us to help ourselves to coffee, which was much appreciated. A very good experience.

Everything! Excellent location in the very center of Mantova, walking distanceconly minutes away from all major attractions. Sparkling clean and brightly lit property, very well maintained and beautifully designed. Breakfast fresh and tasty, kitchen offers 24 hours of sweet delights, drinks, fresh fruits... just like home! Owner recommended many places for eating/drinking, with 10% discount. Staying at Academia 21 made our stay in Mantova a very enjoyable and delightful one. We ended up adding another night...
