The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was good and had free parking. The family who own the apartments are really lovely.

More utensils for cooking would have been helpful. The WiFi could be improved. Better size towels would have been great as the ones we had were tiny!

It is much nicer inside than the surrounding area might suggest. It was a very big room. The pool was fantastic. The windows are sound proof. The extra security with an initial door that is to be locked at all times.

The internet was really bad. You would not be able to make a call online etc with it. Definitely not for YouTube for kids etc. The room doors have glass panels that look pretty, but every time someone from one of the other rooms arrive at night, the entry hall light shines through into the room, waking me up. The doors definitely need to be replaced with solid doors.

The apartment has everything need for a super stay in Mostar. The pool is a welcome relief in the heat. The apartment was basic but did include a parking space. It is a 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The owner was friendly and available if we needed him. The aircon was great and it’s in a peaceful location.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and even though we needed to leave very early in the morning the checkout was possible. Furthermore the apartment is located very close to the train station, around 10 minutes to the old and 10 minutes to the new town, it has a pool which is amazing against the heat of Mostar, a nice garden area with view on the river and a very well working AC. I would recommend it to everyone going to Mostar, especially with kids.

Nice host and easy entrance. Big room and view onto the Neretva river. Big terrace and pool. Nice price. Free parking. Good for short staying.

No full apartment as no dining facility (table and chairs) in the room even if small kitchen is installed.

Very good location. Near the main bus and railway stations. Neretva wiev apartment was so clean and quite. Host also was so nice and polite. Final word: Everything was super for us an elderly couple. Many thanks again to the host.

Apartment was cold when we arrived, we should wait 1 hour for hot water to be ready. Is it so hard to turn on boiler and AC heater a bit earlier, before guests arrive? Wi-Fi speed speed was poor and interrupted from time to time (I guess when guests from 3-4 other apartments were connected at same time). We found only one toilet paper roll in apartment which is just not enough for 2 nights stay for 3 guests :(
