This house is right in the middle of Key West, in walking distance to most sights.

Charming place terrific for a big, extended family. Convenient location to Duval and all major tourist sites. A noisy street but Key West is noisy. We had a few minor issues but Vacasa responded quickly and didn’t impact us much at all.

Place was just as described. Only downside was no large common area for the big group. We rented all four units with 10 guys.

We had 13 members of our extended family, ages 14-55, staying here. Plenty of room for our luggage from our week-long trip. Nice, spacious bathrooms. We travelled in three cars so the parking spaces were great! The location of the house was ideal. It was quiet. One block from all the hustle and bustle of Duval, just about in the middle from the Gulf to the Atlantic side. We rented bikes which were delivered before we arrived and picked up after we left. So convenient! We rode our bikes or walked everywhere. The only negative: The house was advertised with having external laundry, but it was locked with a key code and was not shared. We had counted on being able to do laundry for our week-long vacation.☹️

Pros:
Great location one street away from Duval. Walking distance to just about anything you would like to do. Very clean place with plenty of towels for the week. Perfect for 4 couples. With private entry to each of the 4 living spaces. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC in each living space. And 3/4 places had full kitchens. Also 3/4 places had a separate “living/TV” room
Cons:
Some of the TVs were not working properly. Very low water pressure in the bathrooms. But departure was terrible. The night before leaving we requested a late check out. They said we could for a fee, which we paid. The next morning cleaning crew was there 2 hours before our check out banging on the door. We explained we had a late check out and they left. 20 minutes later another cleaning crew arrived. Again we tried to explain we had a late check out. But with this crew there was a language barrier. So we had to call someone to explain to the crew they had to leave. Lastly we all went to breakfast and when we came back our door codes to our rooms were changed and we were locked out. Again we had to call to have them open our rooms. Which took around 20 minutes. And because of that we had to pay extra for our scheduled Uber rides for making them wait.
Overall a very nice place. Would’ve been 4.5 stars if not for the terrible departure

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was nice to be able to stay at the same place but have our own rooms and space. Also a perfect location within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, and overall stuff to do!

Amazing Place for Group Trip
Great location near Duval Street. Close to food and bars. We ended up only having 11 people so the sleeping arrangements were comfortable (16 would be a bit of a tight squeeze). Overall, perfect spot for a group trip!

Good Deal
We rented all 4 units for a family event. Only one unit had a real stove but that was not a huge issue. Location was great for visiting Duval Street and other sites in Old Key West without taking a car. Parking was very convenient for our vehicles and private, off-street. Neighbors were a bit noisy with parties every night at their pool, but otherwise it was a great bargain for a large group,

Booked this home for my bridal party for my wedding. Everyone felt comfortable, happy, and it was a block away from duval. 100% booking this place again in the future!!

Perfect for Small Group - Multi Family Getaway
Rented all four units for my friends and family for a weekend Key West getaway. Location was PERFECT. Two blocks from Duvall and four blocks from the wharf.
The property was very charming with Key West cottage appeal. Every couple had their own room / suite and we would meet in the Jasmine Suite to have breakfast, snacks, drinks and hang out on poarch.
Three of the rooms had comfortable pull out couches. We had no problem sleeping 14. Four parking spaces too. Very convenient.
Communication with property manager was exceptional. We loved it. Would most definitely come back again. We felt very welcome.

Separate 4 condos - no gathering space for a group, no kitchen for cooking.
Old house converted into separate condos: 2 accessible by long back stairs. Poorly equipped kitchens- for a group. Gardenia Unit the worst- no sink, except in bath, no cooktop of any kind, no bowls for serving -even salad. We rented tables to eat takeout together on patio. Brick patio is uneven and unlighted. Elderly member of our group fell on unmarked, (unlighted & unpainted) uneven bricks near tree (leading to trash at back of property) and suffered mild concussion & lots of bruising..

We loved the walk ability of the location. Parking was behind the home. Didn’t use our car once. Grocery store close by. Perfect got our family of 7. Enjoyed the front porch for gathering. Nice neighborhood.

Great Bachelorette party trip!
This was perfect for my bachelorette party. I loved how each room had their own space so we weren’t all on top of each other. It was the perfect location. We could walk to everything but it wasn’t too loud at night.

We rented the whole house since we were going with our kids. The apartments are very confortable with good amenities. The location is perfect! A block from Duval st. and other amenities.

Great place for a couples escape!!
We visited with 4 couples! This place worked perfect for us. Each couple had their private apartment. Some had full kitchen others did not. We were able to hang out on the front porch together and then retreat to our own rooms. It was clean and nicely decorated. The location WAS PERFECT!!! Everything was walking distance!! Will definitely stay here again!

Family Holiday
So much to love about this property and location is one of the main advantages. We also got lucky with great weather for a week. There was little information on the website about the aminities and that made it difficult to make plans e.g. can we make coffee and toast or is there another option. We were told there would be an outside grill but when we got there...none. A few days later we learned from the rental office that the fire marshall made them remove the grill.........that was an adjustment we were not really prepared for.

Party of 8
We traveled to Key West during Boat Race Week, we love the privacy of the 4 separate units for 8 of us. The place was clean, we enjoyed the front yard at night and coffee and mimosas on the porch in the morning. The only downfall was our men got locked out of their units on Saturday afternoon. The girls were out day drinking after breakfast and when the guys went back to the house all of the codes had automatically changed. Luckily we were able to find a local number to call and have them changed. I would recommend having a number somewhere at the front door that people could find easily to call for any problems. It was rectified quickly.

Excellent location
It's hard to beat the location. You're a block off Duval and pretty much right in the middle. Grocery store right around the corner too. We reserved all four units, and I guess the only downside is that there isn't a common area between all four units if you have a big group. I get it though, given the layout of the house, so I won't knock it a star for that. Overall, no complaints really!

Fabulous. Loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. The pictures do not do it justice. The property is so much nicer in person. I would definitely stay here again.

It says it sleeps 14 but that’s using every pullout couch. It was a little tight but very clean and in the perfect location.

Perfect Place to Celebrate
We loved our stay here! Our big group was celebrating my 30th birthday and we took over all four condos. It was in the perfect location near Duval and the privacy of each condo was great. We had a wonderful time in Key West.

We had the whole place to ourselves , so we were not worried about walking, laughing or talking to loudly . We meet the owner who was working on the place and he was super nice !!! We rented all three houses and it was perfect for our weekend! We were within walking distance of pretty much everything. The house was clean and they even brought us a ton of extra towels the next day. There was parking for all three cars on property. Check-in was easy and to get in and out of the house you use a number code which was perfect so all the girls didn't need their own key. We would definitely come stay here again!

We loved being so close to Duval Street right near all the bars, but still a far enough walk that it wasn't too loud at the house! We do wish the pool was a little closer since it was SO hot outside, but definitely grateful for a pool to use at all! We very much enjoyed our stay.
