we loved the well stocked kitchen, the playroom was amazing, the space downstairs for our family and grandsons was wonderful...

We stayed with another family and the house was perfect for the 8 of us, plenty of room. The game room w pool table was a favorite every night after dinner and we loved being super close to go paddle board in the lake. WiFi worked well, Vacasa people were EXTREMELY responsive when we needed something looked into. Overall a great time, would love to come stay again!

A Very Huge Chalet with lots of room to spend time together and with areas for separate time. The kids loved the game room (made a tent under the pool table). The 2 separate decks show stunning views of the Lake and China Peak through the huge century-old GREEN pine trees. The furniture and decor perfectly match the massive, beautiful log walls and beams. LOVED the inset stone W above the fireplace (scavenger hunt for the kiddos since our last name starts with W). Every room had forest-themed items--- dishes, pillows, comforters, wall decors, antler lamps, antique skiis, sleds, etc. Lots of money, time and care went into making us feel we were in a special space and home. There were lots of TV monitors (though we didn't have time to watch anything, and we weren't really sure how to use it. Detailed instructions on its usage would be helpful). The 2 downstairs matching bedrooms were much COOLER and much more PRIVATE than the UPSTAIRS bedrooms. The open loft room was right above the kitchen area. The big ceiling fan helped keep it cool. The upstairs master bedroom (with a nice master bathroom including a jacuzzi bathtub which is shared with the 2 beds in the loft) feels private (door and window with closed blinds), but it opens at the top above the window. The master does not have a ceiling fan so it got warm up there. We had to open windows and leave the door open to circulate the air. The NOISY floor fan helped, but wasn't enough. Thank goodness the house AC worked well (and seeing the solar panels on the garage roof helped us overcome any guilt in using it). You can access the garage from the side door to comfortably park 1 car. Use a flashlight at night to access the 37 small-in-height steps down to the front door. The outside motion detectors don't always turn on. Also, be careful holding the much-needed wooden handrail; it caused splinters if we held on. Use the smooth wooden inclined floor next to the steps to take in/out your rolled suitcases and carts. The kitchen is FULLY furnished to the Max (LOTS of pots, pans, dishes, flatware). Lots of sitting area in the kitchen with the huge counter top and 10 chairs around the gigantic dining table. There's a surprise family room downstairs...great for quiet time or big group playtime. This HOME would be a FABULOUS getaway for 3 or 4 families to share. The Huntington Lake/Lakeshore Condo area is a perfect, quiet, Green vacation destination. Warning: you will drive through burnt forests on the 168 Hwy to get to the lake and also halfway around the Lake, but HL is still very GREEN halfway around it and at the far end of the Lake. Enjoy your dream vacation, and as Smokey the Bear always says: " Only YOU can prevent Wild Fires!!!" Pray for RAIN!! Eliminate the Bark Beetle!

Our third stay at the Regatta Chalet and she continues to not disappoint! Loads of space, love the games room, the kitchen is well equipped and the proximity to China Peak is the best!! We will be back for round 4!

The house was nice, but it wasn’t cleaned very well. Wasn’t very excited when I had to pull out the vacuum and found screws on the ground.

We had a blast here! So much room for everyone and the home was beautiful. We would stay again!

Great location

Loved pretty much everything about this Mountain home. It's big beautifully built and the decor beautiful as well. Lake view from deck.👍

Spacious cabin for our party of 9. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for families with younger children as there are bunk beds in 2 bedrooms that also have a queen sized bed. The main bedroom upstairs is large with one wall being open air type to allow heating/air conditioning flow. The bathroom is a jack and jill type that shares with the other loft style sleeping area upstairs that has a queen, double and a futon that is open to the downstairs, in typical loft style. The living room is super comfy with oversized sectional sofa and ottoman, additional seating is a nice futon and plenty of pillows for floor seating/laying. Large dining room table that seats 9 comfortably, barstools for counter seating/eating. Wonderful kitchen, and all the dinnerware, cookware , plates, bowls and utensils u need. Game room was fantastic! Fun with the pool table, fooseball, tv, games and music! Loved the second fridge in basement type living space! This is where the other 2 bedrooms with bunk bed are. Nice bathroom down there and great sofas. 2 large balconies and working bbq . We brought our own propane just in case. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. We packed as though we were camping, brought own paper goods, cooking supplies like oils and spices, shampoo/soap....interesting pics and nice cabin decor. Would stay again.

The property is beautiful and nice and very clean. Awesome view and very cozy. Horrible communication with the management. They wouldn't contact us with the internet issue and my wife missed out on some work due to it

Excellent experience

Regatta Chalet is beautiful. The house is perfect for fun filled family vacations and has everything you need. The scenery is spectacular with lake views, and lake access is right there! A one of a kind and unique log cabin, this place is so special. Highly recommended to anyone!

Wow, this was much nicer than a typical rental. It was super comfortable and had a “home” like feel to it. I have a large family with 6 kids ages 14 through 28. It was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was great and had plenty of cookware and utensils. We did a lot of cooking so a well stocked kitchen is important. Nice having two refrigerators. The game room kept the younger ones busy when we weren’t out kayaking , fishing or hiking. And what a view from either balcony. Thanks for providing such a nice and reasonable retreat for my family.

Enjoyed the great kitchen and decks with views of China Peak and Huntington Lake. The internet was out, but it seemed to be an overall outage of the area. Had to call the Property manager, they were helpful and responded to our issues.

We love this place for a large group. Room to roam. Great kitchen. Beautiful dining room. Not a lot of privacy if that's what you are into but if you are with friends and family then it's a great layout.

A few colleagues and myself wanted to do a small snowboarding getaway. The cabin was warm and spacious for the entire group. It’s just 10 mins from China Peak and was great for entertaining all 14 of us. The only down side was that the pool sticks were either broken or missing the felt tip and the garage was non-operational. Overall everyone was very happy. Thanks for opening up your home to us.

We love this house and always gonna go back

The cabin is very spacious and cozy at the same time. All amenities worked great. Just wish the hot tub was part of the available amenities. We had no problem contacting Vacasa with questions. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A few items were broken unpin arrival and the garage door crashed down on us while pulling out. There were large ants all over the game room. We were able to overlook all these maintenance issue though and enjoyed the beautiful log cabin and loved the wood burning fireplace. We made lots of memories with our family friend and hope to return one day without the ants. It sure would have been nice if the jacuzzi on site was functional.

Regatta Chalet exceeded all our expectations. Great kitchen for wonderful apres-ski dinners, it was comfortable, and so close to China Peak. It made for a perfect ski holiday.

It was a very comfortable home for our large group. This is our 2nd visit to the same home .
On this recent trip, We stayed at Regatta Chalet for 4 days this past week and it was very convenient and comfortable. The house is just 2 miles from the ski resort so ur was easy access and we could make multiple trips very conveniently ( especially necessary sometimes with little kids).
The house was well furnished, had all the necessary amenities.

Just wish the TV set was a more modern one since it lacked a hdmi port so we could not hook up any devices etc. that we had bought for some movie watching.

Apart from that caveat , a wonderful holiday home.
We would definitely recommend this house !

The house itself was spacious and very nice but Vacasa's mgmt of the property needs improvement. They communicate VERY quickly but the communication lacks quality and follow through. You talk to a different person at every turn and there is no follow up or resolution - just lots of lip service. If you are arriving in the winter with snow - be prepared to shovel the driveway :)

10 people in our group, comfortable and fun place; game room was a big hit; hot tub broken, would be great if they fixed it. Our second year in this cabin, will keep going every Summer.

Good but needs care.

We had a blast, the awesome log cabin, had some great features, for our crew ranging from 5-12 years of age and the adults 35-49, the game room was the best! There is plenty of room and a lot of extra futons. We can’t wait to come back next spring and do it again thank you for sharing this awesome cabin. We know how much work it can be.
