Large room, spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast area with good selection of food. Nice bar area and a restaurant on site.

There is a $25 charge if you arrive before 4pm check in. Hotel was obviously not full, weather was bad so activities limited. I’d probably look at other hotels without this charge in the future because early check in is often available. Seems like false advertising. I only learned of it after I’d made the online booking.

The room was nice, quiet, clean, nice accessories.

In the handicap room, there was literally no water pressure in the shower. My disabled husband could not use the wand as water just dripped out of it. Even the overhead showerhead flow was abysmal. It was virtually impossible for him to take a shower.

Decent rooms. Free breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms may need some renovation. The stains of the carpet were off putting and the over all design of the room was a bit outdated. Also, breakfast should have some more variety.

Location is great! As locals this is our to go to spot!

We enjoy this hotel for the value pricing and access to nice shopping areas within a couple miles. Staff are always great! Extremely clean always and comfortable beds and bedding. The breakfast is very good! The pool and grounds are very lovely! Well maintained older hotel. Some rooms have been updated nicely . The older ones are still in good shape but just need to be updated. Again, the cleanliness is a consistent strength .

we love this hotel and staff . just waiting for hotel to be updated. the room we usually get is one of the older rooms. Though everything is clean they need to update all the rest of the rooms. The hallway floors and door #s on the outside and door latches on the inside should be changed(these are very old and should be changed out first, even before a remodel of the rooms) Just these changes would do wonders for this property to increase the appeal before (if any ,other pending remodel is in the forecast). Lastly, the security doors should be working on each floor of the room blocks. That would be a really important factor always.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use some freshening up. Nothing some fresh paint and new carpets couldn’t fix. The security doors were not locked. That was a small concern.

The hotel was booked in a hurry without much research but turned out to be perfect for us. It is in a great location with places to eat within walking distance. Our room was large, bright and comfortable.

The guest services staff were super helpful. I didn’t use the additional amenities, but good to know they were there. Appreciated the breakfast the next morning.

It is definitely an older property, so the bathroom fixtures took a little extra work to use. The sink’s faucet has very little water pressure, but that was likely an isolated issue. Little things like an extra pillow or two, and shower gel (rather than just a bar of soap) would be helpful.

It was a good value and nice for what it is - a place to stay overnight. It's not a fancy hotel obviously. We were just staying for the night and it was good enough for that.

The halls in the building we stayed in were very sterile and reminded me of a dormitory. Also the main entry door didn't lock even though it had what looked like a key card slide next to it. The bed/pillows gave me some pretty bad neck pain in the morning, although I am pretty sensitive when it comes to that.
