The location and facility

The check in process was not friendly as I have to wait for 1.5 hours. And I have to pay rm50 first to unlock the access card before it got returned by the person in charge. The card should have been checked by the incharge first.

to be honest it is the worst homestay ever! stay many places before but this was the worst. the view is nice and place is nice but the service was so bad. once they get your money, they don't care about you anymore. all they care was money and don't care about the guests. i called for 2 hours, chat them but no one answered. waisted 2 hours to reach to them for check in because no instructions were given. called almost 20 times and no one answered, thought i was scam. the worst part is they didn't even apologise and just said that they were buzy. such bad service. request to check out 2 hours late since they make us check in 2 hours late trying to call them and nobody answered but they say they can't do that. don't stay at this place or other place that have same management, not even worth it. Only care about money and won't care about you. once they get your money they don't even bother to give you instructions or contact you or what so ever. you need to find them yourself but when call and chat nobody answers and no apologise were given. such bad bad experience.

Have to take the key in the box which is at the unit, 21st floor..why don’t you just left the key in the box at the lobby?
