L'Ocean Apartment è un edificio di interesse storico culturale classificato Grade II risalente al 1700. Ha borse di vecchio fascino e carattere, ma ristrutturato con gusto in un magnifico appartamento con 4 camere da letto situato proprio nel centro del centro città ea soli 50 metri dalla spiaggia.
La proprietà è ingannevolmente enorme ed è composta da due vecchie proprietà. Circa 1500 piedi quadrati, la zona giorno al primo piano è estremamente spaziosa.
La struttura vanta caminetti originali e non meno di 12 finestre a ghigliottina. La struttura gode di viste panoramiche sull'Esplanade. Possono essere gustati dalle poltrone nella vetrata curva nella sala da pranzo. Per quanto riguarda la sala che ha una vista giù nel centro della città.
La struttura dispone di 4 camere da letto, queste sono situate all'ultimo piano, l'appartamento ha anche l'uso aggiunto di un letto matrimoniale nel salotto. Il bagno moderno e contemporaneo (anch'esso situato all'ultimo piano) ha un grande bagno indipendente situato nel mezzo del grande bagno, ha anche una grande cabina doccia, insieme a un lavabo e WC.
Il primo piano ha una grande sala da pranzo invitante, con vetrate che danno accesso alle viste sull'Esplanade e nella città. Il design open space ti porta nella grande cucina, questo è molto ben attrezzata con frigorifero / congelatore, doppio forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Lovely property and a fantastic location, would definitely recommend

I booked this property to celebrate my 50th with 7 friends. From the initial booking Louise was so helpful and responded straight away to any queries I had. This property accommodate us all without feeling crowded. The 2 separate reception rooms were great and very spacious. There is just one shower and bath, but this did not cause problems with our party of 8 women, just a bit of planning was needed. The whole property was clean , presentable and well equipped. Towels were provided, but I would recommend taking an extra one as this was quite small and only one per person provided.
The location of the property was amazing ! Within a few minutes to the harbour, beach, restaurants and shops. This did mean that there was some late night and early morning noise outside but due to the location, this is expected and wasn't a negative in my opinion. We never needed the car throughout our stay. We parked in the railway station car park for 4 days at a cost of £16.40 and it was only a 5 minute walk away, we dropped luggage off outside the property first.
I would highly recommend this property to families and groups and I would definately book again.

The location is close to most nearby attractions and 30 seconds away from the ocean front. The property is well maintained and clean but make sure to organise use of the shower is coming with a large group. Overall there is little to nothing wrong with the property except maybe a few items that seem a little flimsy.

Fantastic location, very clean. Great space in the apartment especially for the children. Only a few small issues, the shower doesn't drain properly and needs something to stop it being so slippery. The stairs definitely need a gate, we had a 3 year old with us and the stairs are very dangerous. A couple of the beds need better mattresses. We would definitely come back as long as there is a gate for the stairs. Much better than a b&b especially as you can cater better for the kids and there is space for them to play on a rainy day.

We’ve just come home from a lovely week at this accomodation. Perfect location opposite the sandy beach and plenty of space for the 8 of us with everything we needed. Only downside is the parking availability, on arrival it took over an hour driving around to park one of our cars but once they were parked we left them for the week as everything is so close by, this definitely wouldn’t put us off returning again!

Honestly the best experience, the communication was absolutely amazing, felt so welcome.
The property is perfect, it was amazingly clean and spacious we couldnt of asked for a better property. Its so convenient being in the centre of everything and 2 mins away from the beach.

Perfect Location
The property is in an ideal location for a large family with 3 children under 3 and a Chocolate Labrador!! It is extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were blessed with the weather, hot sunshine everyday and with the beach just 50 yards away made it easy with the kids. An abundant of restaurants, grocery stores, seaside shops all within a few minutes walk away, we will definitely be looking to book this accommodatin again in the near future.

Just had a few days break in Weymouth . Stayed in the ocean apartment. Very clean large apartment good for family or group of friends . There was 6 of us Which we thought was perfect as only one bathroom but 2 loos. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and had everything we needed and was In the centre of Weymouth. So didn’t necessarily need a car to get around once there . The street was quite busy and nosy late at night and early morning but we took ear plugs after reading previous reviews so wasn’t really a problem . We loved the harbour area . Great place for a family holiday
Got to the apartment before check-in, so we parked in a car park and went for refreshments. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious for our extended family of 9 + dog. The sofa bed was comfy and so were the other beds too. We found the labels dotted around the apartment helpful too. Finding a spot to park was tricky (we had a dashboard parking permit and two virtual ones.) as they cannot be used outside the apartment .
We decided that we would not use our cars as it may prove difficult to get a space again!
The two bucket seats were in demand as it was so nice to have a drink and watch the world go by. Well behaved dogs were welcome, our sons Labradoodle enjoyed his holiday too, dog friendly pubs/cafes/part of the beach too. Even the dogs are friendly!
Bit noisy at night, but as previously said, it's to be expected in the centre of a busy town.
Everything in so near, shops , beach and pub/restaurants. We highly recommend 'The old rooms inn' - fab food at very reasonable prices and we used the convenience of the Wetherspoons across the road for breakfasts.
Catch a bus to Portland Bill - beautiful place. (bus stop a few minutes walk away from apartment)
The host was most helpful, when the electronic door stopped working, I rang and she got her husband to ring back and talked us through how to get in - Thank you very much.(10:30 Sunday evening!)

Sandcastle heaven
We had a lovely family holiday with 4 generations present. The youngest had a wonderful time building sandcastles on the magnificent beach. Some of our party also enjoyed a couple of trips to Portland Bill one on hired bikes and the other, probably the quickest way to get there on jet skis.
Its a lovely quirky place to stay and great for watching the world go by. The only drawback is that it can be quite noisy at night with the late night revellers.

Spacious, clean , well located apartment
We were a family of six enjoying same week off together. The apartment was very spacious and had plenty of seats for our comfort. The kitchen was well equipped and the little bar area was a nice touch . There are two big TV’s, so we didn’t all have to watch the same thing. We had a parking permit to park nearby which was good as two of our party had mobility issues. The apartment is in a fabulous location with shops, bars and eating places on the doorstep. The beach was literally around the corner, and the marina and the harbour were a few minutes walk away. The position of the apartment meant there was some external noise at night, from people coming home in the early hours, as well as traffic noise. Maybe some secondary glazing could be added to the apartment which would not spoil the many old sash windows the apartment has. There was only one hand towel and one bath towel each, but there was a washer and drier available. We did have to wash the cutlery and plates and glasses before using them as there were dried bits on them. There is a dishwasher for you to wash your dishes before you leave. There seemed to be a lot of flies in the apartment, maybe it was because we were having a lovely sunny week. There was a fly zapper located in the kitchen to deal with them. Overall, we all had a fabulous time staying at the apartment and exploring Weymouth as none of us had been here before. Unfortunately, our stay was at the end of March and a lot of places not open untill April. We did manage to catch the local Jurassic coastal bus and visit the Durdle door and Lulworth cove which were incredibly beautiful, with the added bonus of driving past the white horse on the cliffs. We hope to stay here again some day.

Enjoyed a family Christmas here,
The apartment was well equipped for spending a lovely Christmas with 3 generations of our family. It was in a central location for nipping to the shops for last minute things or to take a stroll along the seafront to blow the cobwebs away. The children loved being able to watch the movies on Netflix too! Thank you Louise for the lovely gifts was a nice touch x

Amazing accommodation in Weymouth
Had a brilliant stay here, the apartment had everything that we needed and it is smack in the middle of weymouth, I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a good getaway for a weekend or week or 2 as it generally a great place, you have the beach around the corner and pubs are surrounded everywhere around you

The apartment was in a fabulous location, central to everything, just a bit noisy at night.
There were 5 adults and 2 children in our party, there were plenty of beds and space for all of us. Could benefit from a second bathroom, however 2nd toilet was useful. A home from home weekend with additional extra's like towels provided, tea towel & dishcloth as well as soap in the bathroom & kitchen, tea, coffee food wrap etc that you don't expect to find. Ideal base for a central location.

Perfect dwelling in a perfect location!!
Had a great time here over the Bank Holiday weekend in May 2018. This was the perfect place for all of the family to spend time together, in a place we have a lot of childhood memories from, Weymouth. Everything needed for the stay was provided and we couldn't have wished for any more. Would definitely stay again and beats a B&B as our family could eat, play, chill, relax together, without disappearing off to their own rooms as we have had to do in the past in many B&B's. Overall 10/10 (once the drain in the shower is addressed)! :) xx

Saubere Unterkunft mit großzügigem Wohnbereich und sehr guter Ausstattung
Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in zentraler Stadtlage mit 9 Personen sehr genossen. Im großzügigen Wohnbereich fanden sogar Freunde von uns noch gut Platz für die ein oder andere kleine Party. An Ausstattung fehlte höchstens eine gößere Kaffeekanne und Betten in den eher kleinen Schlafzimmern (davon 1 Einzelzimmer) gibt es nur für acht Personen. Allerdings lässt es sich auch auf einem breiten Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich mit 2 Personen ganz gut übernachten.
