Валет паркинг ужасен и не удобен в использовании! Номера очень старые и требуют ремонта, так же как и санузел! Розетки в номере частично не работали!

Ideal location for top attractions, easy for metro and to get taxis. Lovely spacious 2 bedroom suite without paying a lot of money. Staff helpful and work hard. Great choice at breakfast.

Rooms were a little warn in places, paint flaking and air conditioning dripping. Things in room not replaced, water, towels unless asked. Shaded pool, no sun due to other buildings close by.

The rooms are lovely

The corridors smells like cigarettes The staff are rude on the phone and concierge desk The lift takes a bit of time There is just soap in the bathroom no lotion

The staff was extremely helpful , especially the duty manager Mr Umer Abbasi who rectified some issues i had with the room straight away. The staff made me feel so comfortable i decided to extend my stay in same hotel

Thanks a lot for the staff and their hospitality. The check-in process was fine. I would like to thank Ms.Mariam from the reception for her professional attitude and the lovely way she treated my family with. For sure, offering a free upgrade was so kind from her and made my family's stay more fruitful and made them feel more welcomed. The hotel is very close to the train station with nearby facilities. The room is so clean.

There was an issue regardimg registering the guests' name as I didn't know that Booking.com policy is that if I made the booking for my family under my name, they couldn't check in without me, but this issue was solved through booking.com and the property customer service and every thing went smooth after that. The apartments are not that nice as the rooms, but we got a free upgrade that was great. I prefer to book a room rather than appartmemt if you don't need the kitchen.

Room on SZ road side and we could hear the traffic all night from the 36th floor. Windows are not good! No one came to clean the room!

الانترنت سئ جدٱجدٱ والأثاث سئ وبعض افياش الكهرب تطلع صوت والاضاءه سيٱه وتكييف وخدمة مغسلت الملابسه سعرها عالي جدٱ جدٱ وتٱخير في الدخول لشقه بعد الوصول

We kregen een mooie kamer met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers

Er waren veel dingen kapot. Toen we aankwamen stond er maar 1 stoel op het balkon, de tafel die er stond was echt kapot. Verder waren beide douches niet goed. Het water stroomde van het bad op de grond en bij de andere douche was de constructie niet goed waardoor het water niet weg kon dus je altijd een plas water had. Verder als tip: als je pint en je moet kiezen tussen aed en euro kies dan voor aed. Dat scheelt 10%. Wij hadden de kamer betaalt en op euro geklikt waardoor de prijs €90 duurder was. Geklaagd hierover maar konden ze niks aan doen. Echt heel erg balen want het is al allemaal duur zat

Es ist sehr zentral und das Apartment war super groß und bequem. Man hat eine gute Aussicht. Der Preis ist außerdem unschlagbar.

Eine Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich zum Check-in und sie schien nicht wirklich ehrlich zu uns da Sie für einen früheren Check-In einen Preis nannte den wir bezahlen sollten und als wir den ablehnten ist sie immer weiter mit dem Preis runtergegangen als könnte man diesen verhandeln. Außerdem war es zu Beginn nicht sehr clean. Der Boden und die Oberflächen waren etwas unsauber. Es ist zwar nochmal jemand gekommen um nachzusäubern jedoch war das nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend. Wir mussten dann selber nochmal Hand anlegen um uns wohlzufühlen.

Poor house keeping We stayed in a good suite but house keeping is inconsistent Room not cleaned properly neither stocked We have to keep calling for simple things like coffee cups etc Breakfast we have paid upfront but mess up .

Very big space With nice looking room And nice vie on Shaikh zayed road Also the duty manager “Umer” did us a greet service. Also the Egyptian lady on reception marina her name helped us last time

The room was spacious and had several pieces of furniture to make long term stay comfortable.

The furniture and fixtures are outdated. The room could use a face-lift for the price.
