Preis Leistung stimmt nicht Ich habe ein Hotel mit PW-Parkplatz gesucht, erst nach meiner Nachfrage wo der Platz sei hat man mir das Parkhaus in der Nähe angegeben. Kosten Euro 70.00 für 2 Tage. Frühstück gibte es auch nicht, B in B ??? Die Taxe von Euro 8.00 habe ich nicht sofort hinterlegt, was zu einer weiteren Aufforderung führte, mit Drohung das Personal werde es sonst bezahlen müssen. Zimmerpreis Euro 170.00 pro Nacht, ohne Taxe, ohne Frühstück.

Perfect location, comfortable stay— clean facilities— only thing was that the room was tiny but to be expected in such an old building. The staff were incredibly accommodating and were so helpful throughout our stay. They went over and above to accommodate us. Would recommend.

Was nothing as advertised. Wouldn’t go back. And very hard to find as well. Cockroaches around and inside the building as well as a broken floor shower. This isn’t spacious enough for three people and there’s not enough space to shower nor go to the toilet properly. I’m sorry but the pictures are so deceiving and won’t be ever recommend them to anyone. My mother couldn’t get any sleep due to there not being enough space around the three of us

the bed was comfortable the location was very central

the shower was so small i could not bend down to clean my legs!!!!!!my room door was on the buildings main staircase and anyone who entered the building or walked up the stairs after a went to sleep basically just woke me up! outside next door on a Friday night there is some kind of social services/help/office and many people where sitting outside our building door until late which made it feel and look uncomfortable when we arrived home at night.

Very central location. Instructions were really clear to get to and into the property, the place felt very secure. It was incredibly clean and was cleaned each day we were there with little treats being left for us each day, really lovely touch to come back to. Air con worked well so the room was a good temperature throughout the stay. A receptionist kept in touch via WhatsApp which meant we had a quick way of contacting if there were to be any problems. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Nothing- they asked for feedback to help them improve and we couldn’t think of anything they could have done or provided to make a better stay.

There was no signage on the external door / wall indicating the building number . Once inside the building, after finding the light switch, the directions given for finding the "door" to the set of B in B rooms were unclear, compounded by poorly visible signage on the door at the top of the four flights of stairs to the set of rooms . The access to the actual rooms was very difficult, requiring guests to climb four flights of stairs with no wa, ning at the time of booking, or in the advertisements, of there being no elevator / escalator should guests have many pieces of luggage. I struggled to carry my luggage up and down the flights of stairs. I witnessed other guests face the same challenge. The entrance hall was unclean and cockroach infested after dark. The outter door handle was missing on my room door, making it very difficult to close it easily on exiting.

All fine, very good location and well organized reception. Very clean and well maintained. Although in the middle of town a quiet okace.

The location was perfect and we loved the nice wine and snack at the end of each day.

Unfortunately I don't have much to say. The location was good.

The room was extremely small. There was no elevator, and the stairs were slippery, making it somewhat difficult for us to carry our belongings. The bathroom was tiny, and every time we took a bath, we would accidentally hit our feet or heads on something. It was truly uncomfortable. The bed was decent, but the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. One major issue was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear people from next rooms as if they were in our room. Lastly, the price was quite high for what it offered. We found cheaper options but chose this one due to its positive reviews. Unfortunately, we were misled.

Great location, excellent presentation, great communication and very comfy bed.

On Booking.com it says they have parking. I only booked the expensive room since I thought it would have parking. They do not. I told them and they refused to change the wrong advertisement on Booking.com and refund my booking. Staff was useless and only gave excuses. Further, the quite expensive room is ridicilously small and the shower and toilet are basically on the bed. Further they claim to have noise proofing. They do not. You can hear everything from the hallway and neighbouring room. Would never recommend to book here.

The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance. The room set up felt very traditional and they left us a bottle of wine to enjoy on our first night.

Room 206 is at the back and dark next to construction but room 202 overlooks the street.. even though smaller it has lovely light and everything you need.😁

The location is great. Walking distance to everything. We got a bottle of wine on the house and a lovely cheese platter. Room is cute. Wifi good and bed was comfortable.

The room is very small and the bathroom ( shower) is extremely small. It will not be regarded as a “ suite” in my home country of South Africa. You have to move the table and chairs to get to the French doors’ shutters in order to open/ close them. It is a self check in, and even though I arranged to check in early the day before,( and gave the exact time of our train)we only got the check in codes after we already departed from the train and had no wifi. There is no staff at the premises, we had to go to a restaurant with all our luggage to get wifi. No explanation for why the codes were sent so late. I think it is unfair to assume everyone has wifi 24/7 and to send check in details so late.
