very well connected and had all the basic facilities

The feather pillow was very uncomfortable, house keeping didn’t keeping didn’t even make the bed, linen wasn’t changed for 4 days, had to remind them to give basic things like shower gel

Looked exactly like pictures. Washer, dryer. Furniture

No lids for pans, no cleaning cloths

2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. Complete kitchen. The size of the apartment. The neighborhood with many good restaurants and ofcourse 5 min from the operahouse. Public transport within 3 min.walk. In one word excellent!

very clean and large. The layout was very roomy and the furniture and all the kitchen equipment was new and in very good condition. there is housecleaning services every 3 days which was very nice

the location was not idea. it was in an area with noisy bars and it was disappointing not to be able to have the windows open in the evening since the air was lovely. also there was a Nespresso machine provided but if you wanted any cartages they were. 2SFr each ( ridiculous): you can buy them at the local store for 4.50 SFr for a box of 36.

Actually the photos do not do justice to the property. We had to think long before deciding and only did so because we had so little options for a last min holiday. Therefore we were so glad to see how nice the flat is set up, and how comfortable we would be. It was extremely clean. Had everything we needed. Cleaning lady was superb. Always provided regular cleaning, clean towels etc. It has a nice balcony, yet very silent and peaceful. It is short walking distance (5-8 mins) to a small shopping mall and local restaurants as well as tram line. Tram #3 takes you to main station in 10-15 mins, which is at the top of bahnhoffe strasse. Tram # 2 takes to the middle of the same/ main road/ shopping district as well as Zurich lake. I also appreciate the midnight taxi arrangement and call by Mari (and her kind response to our emergency call). It started well and ended the same. Strongly recommended

Small things - just to improve- such as: - international tv channels - broken kettle (they changed once, we didnt bother asking again and made it work though)

Location. Close to team and Co-op supermarket. Size and layout of rooms. Replaced broken iron promptly. Met by personal representative.

Wasn't told about renovation going on next door. Asked for an extra pillow and never received it. Church bells woke us up at 7Am and continued to 10 PM.

I have had to wait at the entrance , while there have been a key dispensing machine at the outside door lots of construction at the neighbors side , very much unpleasant

Niets viel tegen, Emma house is head and shoulder above any place I have stayed in Zurich.

Everything was what I expected .

The overall stay was just fantastic. I have booked another location of EMA Apartments chain, of a lower price, and was offered a free upgrade to EMA Apartments in Nordstraße one week before arrival. As the trip to Zürich was my present to my wife for her birthday, I have gladly accepted the offer :) The upgraded room was just perfect. It was huge, very clean, very calm, with a great view over the river and the park, with a huge kitchen, two WC facilities and a VERY comfortable and calm bedroom. Our stay could not be better! The personal was exceptional friendly and helpful. Moreover - as I have mentioned at the reception that my wife had her birthday, we have found - on the birthday date! - two bottles of prosecco and a greeting card for her on the table in the room! WOW! I also need to say - the hotel is located just 10 walking minutes from the main railway station and the old city. Extremely recommended!!!

Very clean and quiet apartment, nice location. A lot of space.

I would prefer soft fabric on the sofa.
