The views from this unique property are truly breathtaking! Gianluigi was a gracious host, ensuring that our group was well taken care of from arrival to departure. He coordinated a private chef to prepare a delicious multi course meal to celebrate a birthday. The kitchen was stocked with a lovely basket of snacks, fruit, coffee and beverages. The location is perfect, situated between Amalfi and Positano. Highly recommend for your Amalfi coast holiday.

This is a beautiful villa in a wonderful location in Praiano, perfect for exploring the Amalfi coast. If you want a generously scaled villa with beautiful outdoor spaces, and you’re happy to be (not in Positano), but very close by, this is a great spot. Luigi was a wonderful and attentive host. I highly recommend.

The property is spectacular. Great views. Lovely pool. The entire property is full of art and antiques collected over many years, all curated to create an authentic experience. The town is close to all the excitement without being overrun by the day trippers. The owner could not be more thoughtful and attentive.

Villa Madonna di Constantinopoli was beyond beautiful and prefect for our family! We celebrated my Son’s 40th birthday! Gianluigi was incredibly helpful with arranging the private chef for our birthday dinner. He also arranged all our taxi transfers around the Amalfi Coast. The Villa is decorated beautifully and very clean! Our stay was relaxing with the many gardens and refreshing pool all with exceptional views of the Amalfi Coast and Positano. We definitely will return for another outstanding vacation at Madonna di Constantinopoli. Gianluigi is an excellent host and Praiano is a place you shouldn’t miss! Thank you again it was a trip of a lifetime!

This is such an amazing villa down to every last detail. Gianluigi greeted us upon arrival and was at our disposal the entire week. He gave recommendations and arranged transportation for us numerous times. He also set up a pizza chef to come and cook pizzas with us in the outdoor pizza oven! He is such an accommodating host and so friendly! The home is breathtaking and has every amenity you need. We noticed new details every single day and were amazed at how it was so elegant and yet inviting. There are numerous areas to gather and hang out, both inside and outside. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return. Gianluigi made this a true vacation and we are so grateful to him!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Villa Madonna! We have been waiting two years to visit the Amalfi Coast and the villa is even more beautiful in person. Gianluigi was so helpful as well. Honestly words cannot describe how amazing our experience at this property was. Villa Madonna was hands down one of the most unique properties I have ever stayed at after traveling places around the world. Our host Gianluigi was so welcoming and made our experience awesome by helping to schedule private chefs and massages in the property. The property itself has one of the best views in Priano and has a pool that overlooks all of Positano and Priano. A villa for a very unique experience, and we will be sure to go again.

It was a wonderful holiday. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is very clean and lovingly furnished. You can see little treasures everywhere. The house has charm and tells its own story. The house owner was very uncomplicated, always there for us, and a great asset to us. Thank you again for everything. My friends and I celebrated our good friends 45th birthday. I truly cannot summarize our stay at this beautiful villa. To experience this villa is truly experiencing nothing but luxury and a little piece of paradise. The Decor and cleanliness of this home is impeccable. The biggest issue was deciding on where to sit for the sunset since there were so many angles of the house you could experience the scenery (which seemed unreal to my friends back home. Lol) The owner was the most hospitable person I’ve ever met in my travels. My friends and I felt like we were part of his family. All of our needs were taken care of (private chef, car service) and we didn’t have to worry about anything. We look forward to coming back year after year and staying at this villa. Thank you Luigi for an incredible experience.

We had the most amazing stay at the Villa. Gianluigi was a wonderful host. He helped us with transfers, restaurant recommendations, and anything we needed. The views from the villa are spectacular. The location is great with a short walk into town, conveniently past the best pizzeria in the Amalfi coast. We felt at home and on the best vacation ever. I can't recommend this property enough. The villa is perfectly situated in the small town of Praiano, between Positano and Amalfi. The villa is beautifully furnished. The views from the terraces are stunning. The owner Gianliuigi is a wonderful host, arranging local transfers, restaurant recommendations, and a local chef to come to the villa. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at this Villa, and will hopefully return one day.

We found the small town of Praiano to be perfectly situated between Positano and Sorrento to the north and Amalfi and Revello to the south. The villa is an expansive complex of gardens, patios, a pool area and a large outdoor kitchen, dining and lounging area. The hardest part was deciding at which point of the day to gather at which spot to enjoy the incredible views of Positano, Praiano and on to Capri. The interior of the home is equally as beautiful with beautiful furnishings, art everywhere and a stylish design. Every windows is dressed with flowers and plants, you will be amazed at the collection of Italian pottery, ceramics, tiling and other items. Not unlike a walk through a art museum. The four bedrooms provide privacy with three of them offering immediate access to large outdoor patios with phenomenal views. (Three suitable for couples, 1 additional single bed in bedroom three and a small single with bathroom in the 4th interior bedroom. The main house kitchen is very well appointed with a separate pantry/prep area and dishwasher/sink/refrigerator. It is a excellent space to make large family dinners which we did most nights. There is again a separate area for laundry. The house and gardens is fully integrated into the hillside near the top of the town. The walk to local markets, restaurants and the beach will require walking but then again all the most beautiful sites in the Amalfi Coast require walking, managing steps and a general level of fitness. Great opportunities to burn off extra calories and enjoy the local culture. GianLuigi was a perfect host. He made himself available start to finish and helped us book a restaurant, arrange a day long boat trip to Capri, help us arrange car service for airport transfer, local buses and most importantly a beautiful family evening with a local chef making dinner in the authentic pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen. Hiring Chef Batha was a big highlight and a must do ! Couple final thoughts- - water pressure in house for showers and bathing was excellent. - GianLuigi provided regular clean towel service and mid week cleaning in price. - the house has an outstanding wine selection in the family room bar and also a private wine cellar in the basement if you care to buy a special bottle, he has an outstanding collection of Italian wines. - the house has a full spa style massage room and you can hire a local masseuse. We loved out stay !
