The tina apartment was great for us as group of 4 people, the host was always present when we need him and reply to our messages instantly, they have a big free parking area close the house and the neighborhood was so calm, and we found all what we needed in the apartment: towels, shampoos, kitchen utensils ...etc

Everything: the host the apartment , location and the comfortability.

Only good thing was that the apartment was relatively clean. I will continue here with "what we didn't like" since the space ran out on the other box.... Then at night we noticed that there were no blankets on the beds. We searched every closet in the apartment and found 1 duvet cover, 1 coverlet, 1 extremely large item that seemed to be of a towel material and 1 mattress cover. At this point I checked the booking information and nowhere was stated that there would be any blankets, only bed linen so I figured it would be pointless to contact the owners about this anymore. Idiotic of us to assume there would be actually blankets in an airbnb right? Also weird to advertise how close the apartment is for 3 different beaches and then to inform that they don't offer "beach towels". I also just noticed that they say that they offer paid airport shuffle service, I asked about this almost right away after booking and they informed there is no possibility for transportation on their part. Then when checking out, the owner came to pick up the keys with their son. This was also kind of annoying that there were no possibility to just leave the keys somewhere. When they came, no "hello", "how is it going?" or "did you have fun?" but a "did you break anything?". At this point we were so angry of how rude their behavior had been that we just announced that no, we did not break anything, keys are on the table, good bye. Also a great plus was that the neighbors were disturbing and weird. Maybe this would be more suitable for families to stay or something but definitely not for young people in their 20's or 30's....

This was all in all a really disappointing and bad experience. At first everything seemed fine when messaging the owner beforehand. When we got to Split, everything started to go wrong. At first we met with the owner and her son to pick up the keys. The owner did not speak any English, so their son was there to translate (this was completely fine, not all know how to speak English and no shame in that). The owner mentioned more than 5 times that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. This was completely fine with us and sort of no-brainer that you can't smoke inside an apartment? So it was very offending to keep repeating "no smoking!!!" multiple times, like we were idiots or something. Completely understandable if they have had bad experiences in the past but to assume that we would also turn out to be a bad experience from the gecko was very rude. Then after showing the apartment and handing over the keys, they asked if we were going to attend Ultra Europe music festival, to which we replied with a "yes". Then the owner's face went upside down and replied very rudely with a "well have fun", like we were the worst people in the world to travel to Split for a music festival??? After this we started to settle at the apartment. First we noticed that there were only small white towels available (the size of a towel to which you dry your hands). I messaged the owner's husband (since they had messaged me earlier) asking for towels. They replied that there are white towels at the apartment and they do not offer "beach towels" (their words). We were very confused by this and I replied that I wasn't talking about any "beach towels" but just regular towels to dry ourselves after a shower? To this they replied that there are white towels at the apartment and that they could bring more if we need. At this point I was completely perplexed and decided to inform them that we will manage with the ones given.

Apartment was so clean ! Owner really really kind and nice . Facilities more than you expect. Nothing more you need. Highly recommended ! :)

Very clean and comfortable apartment with a pretty good location. There is a small supermarket in 5 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our holidays.

It’s was difficult to find place on parking after 16:00.
