Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu allen Sehenswerten. Im Umkreis von 10 km bekommt man alles was man braucht zum Leben. Ansonsten die 30 km nach Biograd n M fahren. Da kann man Essen gehen, ect. Ansonsten kann man es sich auch gemütlich am Pool machen und einfach faul sein. Sonne und Ruhe findet man hier ausreichend. Der Vermieter kommt alle paar Tage vorbei um nach dem Pool zu sehen und reinigt diesen schnell. Außerdem is dieser super Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Viele vor uns haben Armeisen bemängelt. Hatten wir auch kurz. Einfach die Chemie Dose raus holen. Dann hatten wir zwei Wochen Ruhe. Hat uns jetzt nicht gestört das kurz zu machen.

Along side a busy main road! Have stayed in rural area before but have never come across as many insects and rodents as this place we even were visited by a snake one evening. The pool which I have to say was ice cold considering it was hot weather also wasn’t clean at all found all kinds of dead insects in it and dirt on the base. Even had to fish out a very large live spider that decided to remain sitting on the floor in the pool which was a scary experience. The bedrooms were too hot to sleep as the only air condition was in the dining room, the other 3 bedrooms were like a separate flat upstairs that you had to go outside and up some stairs to get too and there was no air conditioning in that flat. The electric kept tripping every time you used a iron or hair dryer and you had to go outside to a shed to turn it back on! The bathroom in the upstairs flat bathroom was made for children as no adult could comfortably use it. The downstairs bathroom shower was uncomfortable to use and got blocked every time you used it. The sofa bed was covered in ants. The main door had no lock and we were told that in Crotia no body locks there door. There was no microwave or toaster either which was a bit strange. The host was always available and willing to help but not much could be done with our experience. Quite disappointed with these issues but it serves it purpose as a bed and breakfast rather than a home!

The location is superb, no neighbors near you, only nature.We enjoyed playing in the pool. Excellent value for money.
