Keuken uitrusting was wel heel beperkt

Die Lage war für unsere Anforderung sehr gut. Wir kennen uns ganz gut vor Ort aus und die Lage war auch ein Kriterium für die Buchung. Das Haus grundsätzlich ist auch gut aufgeteilt und hat prinzipiell viel Potential.

Leider war zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt der Anreise niemand vor Ort und leider auch nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Später haben wir erfahren, dass das Telefon der Vermieter wohl versehentlich auf lautlos gestellt war. Von anderen Gästen die im gleichen Komplex gewohnt haben, hörten wir, dass sie wohl die gleichen Probleme hatten. Im Endeffekt haben wir ca. 30-45 Minuten im benachbarten Einkaufszentrum im Cafe gewartet. Das ist kein Weltuntergang, wir waren alle Erwachsen, hatten keine kleinen Kinder dabei und sind zu einer günstigen Uhrzeit dort gewesen. Grundsätzlich ist es aber unbefriedigend niemanden zu erreichen und dann auch nur jemanden am Telefon zu haben der sehr schlecht englisch spricht. Die Unterkunft könnte dringend mal eine Überholung gebrauchen. Im Badezimmer rostet die Badewanne und gammelt der Duschvorgang vor sich hin. Die Küchenausstattung ist recht spartanisch und die Schneide-Messer sind zum Beispiel komplett stumpf. Becher zum Kaffee trinken als Ergänzung zu dem Service aus den 1980ern wären schön. Ein Nudelsieb oder Porzelan/ Glas-Schalen zum Frühstück würden das Urlaubsgefühl auch verschönern. Die Umleimungen von den Schubladen in der Küche lösen sich langsam auf. Auch nicht wirklich schlimm aber es könnte mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers ist nicht ganz in Ordnung. So funktioniert z.B. die okay Taste nicht, was recht lästig ist. Ich persönlich brauche keinen Fernseher und meine Kinder konnten Netflix über ihr Handy spiegeln und mit dem Handy den Fernseher steuern. Ich hätte es nicht gekonnt.

Location is good, upstairs bedroom is OK, downstairs is very damp and mouldy, the pool was dirty and not cleaned during our stay. I would not recommend a family to book here as the bedrooms downstairs should be condemned as they are so wet and damp and mouldy.

The pictures of the pool are of a different villa, next door. The bedrooms and bathroom downstairs should not be used it is extremely damp and mouldy I would be very careful and indeed not recommend anybody to stay in the bedrooms downstairs because of the mould and damp, the bath downstairs is rusty and unusable.

Great place, very clean, lots of space, fairly well equipped, everything we needed, central location with shops, restaurants, beach very close by. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is so much nicer than the photographs which seem to have been taken at night for some reason. The outdoors area is sunny and spacious with a pool that was cleaned when we arrived which we appreciated.

The garden is a little scruffy and would benefit from a bit of updating to make this a truly awesome villa. Otherwise no complaints and we were very happy with the house.

The villa was clean and had most things you'd need for a holiday The location was very good. The plunge pool and sunbeds were great. The villa did have WiFi which was a bonus.

Needed bowls for breakfast cereal.

the location is excellent, taxi rank, restaurants. beach, shops of all kinds and a large supermarket all on the doorstop. 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and wifi. the owner is very pleasenty and nothing is too much trouble.

Nice location. Lovely shopping centre opposite.
