Das Personal war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und es war toll, dass ich da parken konnte!
Sogar der Portier hatte mich angerufen, damit ich weiß bis wann er noch selbst da ist, falls er mich über alternativen Nachtzugang informieren müsse. Toller Service!
Für mehr Infos war ich zu kurz da.

Top Lage zu dem Veranstaltungsort des Frankfurter Ringes in der Nachbarschaft, sowie zur fussläufigen City. Sehr gute Anfahrtmöglichkeit ab Autobahn, in meinem Falle ab Kreuz Miquelallee. Sehr gutes frisches Frühstück, sogar für Gluten- und Lactoseallergiker, jedoch etwas hochpreisig. Sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Frühstückskoch. Freundliches Empfangspersonal und Frühstücksservicedame. Sehr netter Service bzgl. Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem eigenen Gelände. Sehr schöner ruhiger Seminarraum.
Leider wurden die leeren Duschgelspender nicht aufgefüllt. und der Brausekopf dürfte erneuert werden - Wasserstrahl nicht mehr komplett strahlfähig.

Die Lage war für meine Zwecke optimal, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Ausstattung der Zimmer sehr gut. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und ausreichend.
War alles in Ordnung außer die Parkplatzsituation, hier wäre gut wenn man mehr Möglichkeiten/Kapazitäten hätte. Was vermutlich nicht so einfach in der Frankfurter Innenstadt ist.

Удобное расположение. Комфортный номер, хорошие кровати. Есть сейф, вешалки для одежды, пакет для грязного белья. Приносят воду в номер, убирают чисто. сантехника работает без претензий, шторы блэкаут. Да, шум с улицы слышен - это городской отель крупного города. Близко до центра города. Есть парковка. На рецепции дружелюбные сотрудники ответят на все вопросы. Хороший сытный завтрак.
Вне компетенции отеля - некоторые водители паркуют машины без оценки возможности маневра другими

Super freundliches Personal. Dazu saubere und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer. Hinzukommt perfekte Lage zur Innenstadt und zur alten Oper.
Trotz Viel befahrenen Straße Ruhe (auch zur Straßehin), durch sehr gute Fenster.
Schön wäre eine Kaffeemaschine, zumindest ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer

Prima hotel dicht bij het centrum. Nette buurt. Parkeren gratis op het achterterrein. Nette kamer met goede badkamer en douche. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en aardig personeel daar. Al met al zeker goed om dit hotel te boeken

Then Gentlemen at front desk Mr. Mario Banoza Mr. Andre Schwarz they heartily deserve big appreciation and I am very pleased to do so. Both were always responsive , their attitude was friendly and assuring perfect hospitality, Thank you both.

Too expensive for a 4 stars hotel. The moquette of the room was dirty, different small things not ok for the price.

The location is central near the shopping area "Ziel"
The room facing the street is very noisy. It's like a highway with a lot of traffic during the day. You won't be able to sleep without closing the windows. The room rate during the fair is outrageously expensive. They charge 200 EUR per night for a room which don't even provide kettle, coffee and tea. No staff is manning the reception at night. You have to enter the hotel by a digital code. The service is minimal more like a self-service. Definitely not value for money!

We found it just great for an evening out in FFM. Our in laws live North of FFM and said the room was larger than other hotels they had visited in the area and they enjoyed the stay too
