Lovely views and great location, especially to watch the Open. Spacious rooms.

Perhaps a little more communication between the team as the kitchen did not seem to be aware of dietary requirements, which we had prearranged. The second morning was better as they managed to get some avocado, for which I was grateful.

Loved the view. Room was lovely, just a pity I could not bath. Breakfast was good. Staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient.

Stunning position. I loved the open lounge area with honesty bar where one could just help oneself. I just hope people don't abuse this and are indeed honest about what they consume.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the gates onto the beach were locked. I understood that they were locked after 5pm, but I found them to be locked at midday too. Also, the open shower in room 2 doesnt have good drainage, water goes everywhere.

Beautiful beach front location. Very comfortable bedroom with many facilities. Excellent choice of breakfast and really polite staff who went out their way to help.

Great location right on the coast, room was stunning with great beach views. Good brekkie too.

Room excellent except shower had no hot water. The receptionist advised us to run it for some time to get the hot water. We felt uncomfortable doing this as there is a severe water shortage locally. However , we tried once and still no luck. Felt a bit let down and misled as we had the best room and made do with tepid water. As we were leaving one of the staff said it had been fixed - which I very much doubt. Despite this we would consider returning as it's a great property , great staff (generally) great breakfast and great sea view.
