Un cottage moderno luminoso e arioso costruito in stile tradizionale nel cuore di Broadstairs. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla spiaggia, negozi e ristoranti. C'è un parcheggio privato nel cortile dietro la casa. Al piano superiore, vi è una spaziosa camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia con letti singoli di lusso adatti per gli adulti, e una camera singola. C'è un moderno bagno con vasca e doccia al piano di sopra e un guardaroba al piano di sotto. Il salone è spazioso con due grandi divani e una poltrona. Adiacente al salone è una cucina / sala da pranzo separata con tavolo da pranzo per 6 posti a sedere. C'è un patio sul retro della casa. Un lettino da viaggio e seggiolone sono forniti. TV / DVD e WiFi gratuito sono forniti. Questa è una nuova vacanza lascia elenco in modo che abbiamo un sacco di disponibilità per l'estate.

Immaculately clean. Very comfortable, especially the beds. A real home from home. Broadstairs is very interesting and ideally placed as a base to explore the surrounding towns and countryside. Would recommend without reservation.

What a well presented comfy cottage, in a great location, close to all you need but far enough away from the noise of the bars. We had a 2 night stay and found the check in easy and communication was excellent. Loved our stay and will definately be booking time and again.

The property was clean bright, well equipped and matched the online description. Only 5 minutes walk from Viking Bay and the shops and restaurants in Broadstairs, definitely a good option for a relaxing holiday on the Kent coast.

The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen in particular was very well equipped compared to other holiday homes.
Communication was always friendly and straightforward.

We loved our stay in this well-situated, well-equipped, clean and comfortable house close to the beach and town centre. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Broadstairs is perfect for families with children, there are lots of good places to eat, and those lucky enough to have a resident babysitter will find plenty of plac s to eat out or have a drink in the evening.

Another brilliant stay in this wonderful property. This has to be our fifth visit and we never tire of this house or Broadstairs. The house has everything you could possibly need and Peter (the owner) is exceptionally helpful. Nothing too much trouble. We love this house and hope we can keep coming for years to come.

Very near town centre and beaches, this is a perfect family house with all necessary utilities for a self-catering stay. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Forge cottage is in a perfect location in the centre of Broadstairs close to the harbour and with private offstreet parking. It is walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, pubs and groceries. The cottage was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a January stay.

Ideal location for our 3 week Christmas holiday to see family in the UK. The house was perfect for our family, with two older teens. The Christmas decorations were a lovely addition. Peter went out of his way to help when we arrived as the town water was cut off.
We would recommend staying here again.

Holiday break in Broadstairs
We know Broadstairs very well and were looking for a new property to rent. Forge cottages were excellent. Very good location and, which is hard to find, good designated parking. The cottage was spotless, thanks to Lorna the lady who looks after the property. Everything you needed was there and it was homely and cosy. We needed to ring Peter, the landlord, about a couple of things and he sorted everything out immediately. We would definitely look to stay there again.

Perfect location
Really comfortable property and in a fabulous location, only a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants. The cottage is very spacious and we loved having use of the free allocated parking space. We'd definitely return to this property.

Nice house, nice town
The house was in wasy walking distance of the town, far enough away to avaiod noise but close enough to stroll to pubs and restaurants.

Just spent a fabulous week at the Forge. Great location, very quiet, parking a massive bonus, very well appointed everything you could possibly need for a relaxing week. Already booked for next year. 5* accomodation

Another fantastic stay
This is the fourth year myself and two friends have rented this property and we just love it here. The house is spotlessly clean, conveniently located and also has a reserved parking space. An excellent family rental with everything you could want. Highly recommended.
