Good location. Value for money. Easy check in and out. Public car park (charging stations for electric cars available) in front of the hotel, but not operated by hotel.
Shower was not draining well. Mattress is not very comfortable.

Shelley and Denise were very friendly and helpful, on the phone, by email and in person. The location was relatively close to the station, which was useful for me. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were faultlessly clean.
I would have appreciated a chair in the room, although I'm not sure where it would have gone! Earlier in the night there was a certain amount of traffic noise, but this died down as the night progressed.

bath towels from previous guests left on floor in toilet, bin not emptied in room and it looked like bed not been changed

it was clean, the room was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable had a slight squeak with the spring.
I couldn’t really fault very good value for money, I only needed it for a bed, but would be staying again.

Comfortable clean room with own bathroom and TV tea and coffee facilities. Also large communal kitchen to use if needed. Good location aswell close to shops and restaurants etc

Beds were pretty bad .. couldn't sleep at all

Poorly fitting windows with no double glazing on a street at the back of the town hall with chiming clock on a busy road all night meant little sleep. Take ear plugs or ask for room at back to avoid traffic.
Bed had thin soft mattress.

It’s a good price and only a short walk from station and good location for shops and bars etc room was comfy and clean as well , barrow is a handy base for Cumbria as I visited several lovely places on the rail route .

The kitchen and dining table facility was very good. We made tea in a sauce pan and kids had waffles for breakfast.
Bunk beds are quite useful. They should be added in the rooms.

Clean rooms, tea making facilities in each room, comfortable beds and good shared kitchen facilities and reasonably priced
Very small toilet/shower rooms that could do with a bit of a revamp, slight smell of sewage every now and again when the toilet is flushed
