Lovely home by the river
La tua vacanza inizia nel momento in cui arrivi. La nostra bella casa moderna sulla riva del fiume Arun. Siamo a 5 minuti a piedi da negozi, ristoranti, stazione principale e la spiaggia balneare bandiera blu di Littlehampton. Appena oltre il fiume ci sono l'Arun Yacht Club e il Littlehampton Golf Club (si prega di verificare con il club se è richiesto un certificato di handicap). Inoltre a breve distanza da Glorious Goodwood, dal Festival of Speed e dal Goodwood Revival Weekend. Disponiamo di una grande camera doppia con bagno privato, una seconda camera con due letti singoli (o un singolo) come richiesto e una terza camera singola. C'è un bagno di famiglia e un guardaroba al piano terra. Facile accesso in treno o su strada e parcheggio privato fuori strada. Rilassati e divertiti! La connessione Wifi è disponibile anche se non illimitata. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Si prega di notare che tutte le nostre foto sono prese dalla casa o dal giardino. Un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e guardare il fiume.
Treni diretti per l'aeroporto di Gatwick e London Victoria. Treni anche per Chichester, Brighton e Portsmouth.

The home was extremely comfortable and within walking distance to everything we needed. Overlooking the Arun river from the patio was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the house had all the kitchen items required for our 9 night stay. Our host Valerie was amazing as she responded to any questions we had immediately. The off road parking was also a great help.
It was the first time my family had all been together in 13 years and the house was perfect.

Very happy with everything which was as described. Probably the most outstading feature was the riverside location - 10 minutes walk tp the town centre and/or seafront. The 5 minute walk to the pub/restaurant Arun View meant that we ate there most evenings.

This is a lovely little house with wonderful views over the River Arun and in easy walking distance of some lovely restaurants, the seafront and other amenities and attractions. An excellent base for our relaxing weekend break.

Great communication before and after stay. The location was brilliant with plenty to see and do during our break.
The house was very clean throughout.
The best bit for us was watching the swans, turnstones and kingfisher from the bottom of the garden. We also managed to fit in some crabbing, great fun without going out

My husband, two sons and my eldest son’s partner had a really wonderful long weekend in this super house!
The location by the river is perfect- we could have sat on the patio all day watching the boats going by. It’s a very short, interesting walk to all the shops, cafes, restaurants that you could possibly need. The local people were very friendly and we chatted to neighbours.
Our hosts were very helpful giving us lots of information about the area and help with travel suggestions- we were caught up
in the train strikes and had to drive from Edinburgh.
All in all a really relaxing and happy wee break- we would love to come back

VRBO need to list clearly pricing. If listed to sleep 5 and 5 to visit I did not understand a charge for an extra person.

Lovely house, lovely location, great stay
A lovely house in a great location with parking directly in front.
Cosy, warm and comfortable and well equipped.
Lovely views from the rear terrace, and very relaxing to sit and watch river life go by.
The views from the lovely master bedroom are beautiful.
An easy, flat walk along the river into town, which is perfect for those who aren't as fit as they used to be!
Would definitely stay again.
The only negative is the limited WIFI provision.
We didn't attempt to use it as were nervous of the cost if we exceeded the data allowance.
I think these days there an expectation of decent WIFI, as a lot of people need to stay connected even when on a holiday.

comfortable and clean everything you need is there this is just a personal thing our own fault for not realising but my wife had difficulty with the stairs as she is 82 and has a problem with walking ,nothing to do with our wonderful hosts barney and valerie .we managed anyway .we were very close to many things good shopping in bognor ,the children loved arundel castle and brighton sea life ,if you are watching the pennies a good place to eat is witherspoons is very reasonable under 40 pounds for 5 of us ,if we were going on holiday again i would definatly go with vrbo .but i think we need to go where its easy access for my wife with entertainment included so we are recommending vrbo to our friends and family for their future holidays thanks once again to valerie and barney lovely people

The property is situated directly on the bank of the river Arun and it was such a shame that we didn't have the weather to sit outside and enjoy the view. Very close to the shops and station. Delicious fish & chips from Freds.

Beautiful stay by the water
We had a fantastic time at the house and even extended our stay by another day to make the most of the beautiful view of the River Arun from the bottom of the garden! The place is homely and clean. The owners responded to any issues we had immediately, and communication was great at all times. It was lovely being able to walk to the seafront and not need the car, and the kids loved Harbour Park. Would definitely recommend the location and the photos don’t do it justice!
