Für den Besuch der Gedenkstätten (Auschwitz I und II) ist dies die perfekte Ausgangsbasis. Zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und mit Bus angebunden ist man hier schnell vor Ort.
Das hauseigene Restaurant war gut und das Frühstück ausreichend. Mein Reiserad konnte ich sicher im Keller abstellen und das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Zimmer waren sauber, großzügig dimensioniert und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Frühstück war gut sortiert und es hat sogar laktosefreie Milch gegeben. Die Gedenkstätte Auschwitz war fußläufig zu erreichen und wir hatten auch vom Personal eine gute Wegbeschreibung erhalten.
Parkgebühren hätten nicht sein müssen. Auch war die Aussicht auf der Rückseite des Hotels nur eine Hinterhofansicht. Die Bar hätte ebenfalls etwas länger wie 22 Uhr geöffnet sein können.

We had a really nice big modern room. Everything was very clean, bed confortable, good breakfast. The hotel is just across the main entrance to the Auschwitz Memorial.

Overall very pleasant. Location is excellent if you came to see the muzeum.
I little overpriced for the basic equipment and services (e.g., no bath robes, extra bedding or iron in the room). Restaurant had limited menu.

It is perfectly situated if you want to visit Auschwitz. Very good breakfast and dinner. The staff had a very serviceminded approach.

Everything was great, the food taste great and the duck was very tender. There are limited places for the pool, so you might spend some time outside the pool room until you can get in.

Very modern spacious and clean hotel. Auschwitz museum just across the road so perfectly located for visiting this site. The bus stop from Krakow is a short 2 minute walk away so it was very easy taking our luggage. Friendly helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Very comfortable stay.
Adapter plugs needed for phone charging. The restaurant seemed understaffed with a limited menu.

Maybe a little more to do? As it's so far from anything but the museum. We were fine as that is what our visit was for. The hotel was very quiet of other guests but on the plus side of that was the staff were always available to help.

Location is perfect for a visit to the Auschwitz l museum. Parking is included for both the night and the visit. Restaurant until 10pm useful if arriving late. comfortable rooms and beds.

Convenient location, great staff (especially the front desk staff), clean, great restaurant on site, excellent breakfast included with our stay. We really enjoyed our time here.
Though Booking.com said parking was included, you actually had to pay I think, $7 (USD), to park at the hotel.
