Apartament złodziei. Wynajęliśmy całe mieszkanie 3 sypialnie. Zostawiliśmy schowane pieniądze zarówno w jednym pokoju 350 euro, a w drugim pokoju 200 euro. Ktoś przeszukał nasze rzeczy i bagaze podczas naszej nieobecności i wyczyścił nas z gotówki. Nie pozostawiając śladów. City Stays alegria to złodzieje uwazajcie. Wszystkie okna i drzwi były zamknięte. Stanowczo nie polecam, pomimo dobrej lokalizacji i znośnego standartu.

Great location, spacious apartment.

Not enough surfaces to put one's things in the bathroom and bedroom, but we made do by moving dining table chairs to where we needed them. It's a noisy location, but that's to be expected.

Location was convenient for city, metro & station

Property needs simple maintenance, Hooks & electric sockets loose in the wall. Basin in bedroom did not drain. No hook for shower. The fridge door was hard to shut as door above was loose. All minor irritations which could easily & quickly be resolved Also, the water heater was unplugged so on first morning we had no hot water. Once we plugged it in, it worked fine but would have been better if we’d been informed.

The location is good. The host is amazing and helpful. The place was super clean and has nice decorations.

Zero noise cancelation. A group of guys lived on the same floor and were drunk at night and signing all night and screaming. They literally woke up the kids two nights in a row. I told the host and he confirmed that he/she will talk to them about that but honestly nothing happened they were very noisy.

Location. A few minutes walk from a nice park with a market at weekend and outdoor cafe. Lots of nice eating places close by. Not far to walk to many of the attractions. Metro Avenida close. Accommodation on one level had three bedrooms which was great for our group of 5. In theory it accommodates 8 people but, if sofa bed needed to be used, it would be quite tight.

Didn't actually dislike the entry system but it took a bit of getting used to. There was a link on our phones via WhatsApp but as soon as you use it you have to very quickly push the doors. All check-in was done via WhatsApp, including having to send photos of our passports. Tourist tax of €2 per person per day had to be paid online. Don't know that everyone would be able to do this. No personal contact with staff.

there are so many thing to fix inside the door of the toilet upstairs is not fix no toilet paper

The only thing we liked was the view from the 3rd floor.

By the way we end up staying the Rossio location, since our apartment was flooded a few hours before our arrival. The Rossio location had a very stinky smell on the allies getting to the building, and the stinky smell in the bathroom upon arrival. The wifi connection was very bad. The bedsheets did not look clean. The floors looked dirty since it didn't have any tiles. The main door to the building was open at all times, so it didn't feel secure at all times Was not happy at all with my experience at that stay.
