The Manager was superb and so were the staff.

The facility is old, dilapidated and everything from water in the room or dining table is chintzy. I have stayed at other properties of this Heritage Group in Mara on multiple occaisions but this was in a class by itself.You cannot blame the staff or Manager. They tried very hard. Must be corporate management at HQ trying to milk the last penny. Needless to say we will not be staying at any Heritage properties!

It was the best safari experience! The lodge facilities are comfortable, very good food in taste and variety and the location is simply the best! Can only recommend the place!

It was all perfect!

The staff at this camp are incredible. All of them did everything they could to make sure our stay was exceptional. The food was amazing and our guide, Jelly, was absolutely fantastic - an amazing tracker!

We personally like an unfenced camp but for families, we heard about all the activities they do for the children, this would be a fantastic option.

The staff were very friendly considering we were the only ones staying at the hotel .Great amenties and the rooms are to die for .They went out of their way to extend the generator hours thanks.Very delicious food .

I have no comment.It was a great stay.But the payment process was not soo good i was charged before i went then it was cancelled and we had to pay again .

It was a wonderful place to stay.I teared up my last day of hearing the sounds of the flute while having breakfast. The tour guide we had was extra exceptional.He was respectful knowlegableand extra welcoming.The security was too class food very good.Definately will be back with a large contingent.Thanks intrepid thanks to the Samburu people who are wonderful
