foul smell from the Fish Drying next to property wall . way to beach pass through this drying yard very limited engagement activities as compared to ‘The Resort’

Swimming pool Smell of dry fish

Continuous loud noise through AC vent. Morning breakfast was not at all what you except in any 5 star property.

the property stinks of dried fish while we walked to the beach there were people drying fish over there u cant stand the smell for more than 2 mins

Great buffet for breakfast

The hotel is very misleading. Their description states massage and when you go to the hotel for the massage their banners show ladies massage. When we went there for the booking they advised us that massage is for men's only. Which meant my wife and sister in law couldn't have their massage. We had to book someone from outside to come and do the massage. Furthermore, as soon as you turned of the AC, the room would smell of damp and the floor would get slippery

Images described on Internet was amazing and selected hotel looking Images on Internet but reality was totally false Pictures.

Overall experience was not good. Keys Provided after almost 35 Minutes waiting that also after multiple follow up with reception person. After reaching at Hotel reception informed Pool is under Maintenance so its not working. In Gym all 3 Trade Mill was not working so instructor suggesting to use cycle.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

The carpets in the aisles were damp and the air conditioning or air exchange was inadequate

.The property was very clean and well maintained The pool was amazing... Great helful staff stayed for 2 days had no complains..A must vist property

..Was bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet..the spread was very small... Only had boiled egg for non veg.. There was no sausages or cold cuts or even omelette.. Was not upto the standard of the property.. They should put in some more items for the breakfast buffet
