Excellent location. Smooth helpful face to face check in. Well equipped. Tasteful decor and furnishings. Milk, wine, beer and orange juice in the fridge is a very nice touch and was much appreciated. Free on site parking. I found the bed very comfortable. Despite being on a main road, the apartment was very quiet.

It needs an overall refresh in terms of decoration. The property is not deep down clean and attention needs to be given to this. The stale coffee needs replacing.

Lovely clean apartment and a great location. Very friendly host. Fruit juice and milk in the fridge plus tea ,coffee and sugar was a lovely little extra 🙂

Brilliant apartment with everything you need for a home-from-home stay. Supplied all tea/coffee also full toiletries, washing products, iron, hair dryer... everything you could need for your stay 😀 The apartment itself is a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures which was a nice surprise. Nice big lounge area, full kitchen and a comfy bed. Free parking was a nice little bonus as well. We had to book quickly due to building works in our house and wasn't sure how long we'd need to stay. The host Jonathan was great and really accommodating. Ultra flexible and easy to deal with. The location is brilliant with the train station just a stone's throw away, restaurants, shops and supermarkets all within walking distance too 👌 Happily stay here again or recommend it to anyone who needs a stay in Halifax.

Had to change my day & time of arrival & departure last minute and Jonathan from Simple2let was more than accomadating, the apartment was lovely and such nice touches like... Milk & fresh juice in fridge, tea, coffee & sugar supplied. Also all toiletries and washing up liquid etc supplied. Location was great right near shops, restaurants & bars and lots of lovely attractions. Will definitely be going back again & would recommend to anyone young or old.

Bathroom cold as no heated radiator. Bed was a bit on the small side, possible a small double and as both my husband & i are tall was a little tight but we managed ok.

Brilliant location stones throw from piece hall where we watching a gig.

Liked everything was perfect.
