冷蔵庫がついていなかった。

This hotel provided very good breakfast. Front desk staffs were very nice and worked with well responsibility. Hotel was in very safe environment for customers. I lost my handbag in breakfast room, but staff called me right away, I was very lucky to get my bag back. Thanks very much for everything they did!

The hotel is nowhere near airport and the address misleading

I LOVE THE STAFF! From the front office, to the maintenance, to the manager -- everyone was GREAT! The customer service IS EXCEPTIONAL. They take care of the guests very well! We had several concerns but they attended to us very quickly. They even tried so hard to understand us and our needs even if they don't speak English. Will definitely book this hotel again, but I really hope they fix the vents and don't allow smoking in the rooms. The location is very convenient because not only is it close to the airport -- it is also near restaurants and the subway station.

The hotel and the room smells a lot like cigarettes. Everything else is okay.
