Exceptionally beautiful apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi, and dressing room. Apartment has air conditioning and flat-screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas stove, electric oven, water cooker, and toaster. Double bed, and possibility for two sofa beds. The location is a short walking distance from Riga center, but also bus connections are good. Host is friendly and helpful. Parking lot available nearby.

The building exterior and corridors are in need of repairs. The connecting corridor has a locked door, which is a safety risk in case of fire. There is a grocery shop in the same block, but its selection is quite limited. Pillows were not so comfortable.

The host was very helpful. The layout and facilities were excellent also beautifully decorated and all very clean, nice and warm...it had absolutely all you needed for your stay.

The bed could be a bit more comfortable...but totally ok for few nights

we found it very modern everything for comfort you could need the owner went out of their way to meet us so late at night to let us in and show us everything we needed to know. Television with every channel we needed. Good place to stay to visit the city.

Positive: large, spacious, nice, cool apartment in a quiet area, well insulated, big rooms, lots of depositing spaces due to the large dressing room; well designed open kitchen with most of those daily provisions that cannot be bought for a 2-3 days stay (salt, coffee, oil, sugar, coffee, spices, tea, etc) and with enough cutlery/plates/cooking pots. Very nice and responding host, with good advice. Highly recommended for both short and long stays (especially long stays).

Small issues which would not prevent me going to the same apt: neglected, dying flowers, in contrast with the otherwise very nice and modern aspect (better remove them), some dust in some corners and windows, bed lamps which are way too dim thus one cannot actually read a book. Important to know: there is a good 25 min walk with a normal pace to the Old Town/Centre.

Very nice, clean and modern apartament. There is all appliancies that you need for short, and for long staying. Perfectly suitable for families with kids. Location is very good. There is small Maxima around the corner. Very friendly owner. Everything is just perfect. Thank you!
