The location was nice. A friendly town
The room was freezing cold. Two beds with just one blanket on each and a mattress cover. I slept fully dressed. The TV didn't work. The walls were mouldy, the bathroom extractor went directly to the bedroom. There were wires hanging out the wall and some sockets had sellotape over them. Lighting came from one strip light.

It had hot shower, clean, tv, a/c, and good enough for a stopover.
Very cheap! And don’t have high expectations.

It's not a palace, but any normal person will find what they need. Soft mattress and clean room, working aircon and fan, complimentary water. I did not find shower gel and they were quick to provide it after I asked them. Hosts were friendly although their English was a bit limited. I think this is one of the best places to stay in Khe San

This is the 3rd time I ha stayed here. I think it's excellent.. especially for the price! Location is perfect with Vietin and MB ATM's, brilliant Vegan restaurant, coffee shops, grocery stores and friendly photocopy shop (to print eVisa!) all very close.
There is a big kitchen and dining area with filtered water and gas cooker etc
The room was big and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.. and you can park your motorbike safely inside the hotel building.
I'll be back on my next Visa run for sure?!

Perfect location in Khe Sahn en route to Lao Bao..great room, friendly staff, and kitchen area with filtered water. 2nd time there.. says enough!

Ideal.place to stop for a night when doing the Ho Chi Minh Road. 2 large beds, very comfy, no covers just a blanket. Fan and air-conditioning. Great shower and plenty of hot water. Lovely family that run it. Would recommend

They owners were very nice. They gave as a heater since it was cold and the heat pump in the room didn't work. Nice, hot shower

Friendly owners who encourage you to park your motorbike inside for security. Big comfortable room and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Convenient for HCM Road riders.
The place is a bit basic and tired but cheap and actually pretty comfortable.

The hotel is situateted in good part of the city (everything we needed was really close). The price is good. We had no huge issue with the owners.
It was hard to find a common words with the owners, they tried to take our passports away and return it after 30 minutes, we refused and told them to take just a photo - after few minutes of communication they agreed. The TV was not working. You can here everything and everyone who is in the hotel.

They helped us with a border run to Lao. It didnwork out well. Due to misinformation, we got stuck in Lao and did not get to spend the night at the property.

Good secure indoor parking for motorcycles. Close to good food options. Quiet room.

All the hotel staff were very kind, giving us a portable heater on a wet and windy day and they insisted on providing us breakfast before we hit the road early in the morning.
Some facilities don’t work very well.

Friendly stuff and very helpful.
In Vietnam is allowed smoking in indoors. The room smelled for the smoke.
Additionally, in Vietnam you should have your own bedlinen or sleeping bag. There is only blanket.

Brilliant Hotel and not expensive.
They welcomed me early with VIP of gorgeous herbal/fruit tea and something to eat.
Room is big, with WiFi in the room.
Kitchen facilities to use downstairs with table and chairs, dishes, filtered water, cutlery etc.
Really friendly owners.
Quiet and comfortable and nice hot shower.

The room was basic, but it was large, freshly painted and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was hot. Reasonably priced and perfect for an overnight stay.

Great breakfast-omelet, fresh baguette, fruit and coffee! Safe parking for our motorcycles!! Very comfortable mattress! Wonderful hot shower!

The room was ok. The hotel staff was helpful, and the breakfast was very good(Bahn Mi and coffee) . Wifi worked just fine.
It was a little cold in the room, some heater would be nice. The bed was very hard, but that is really common in Vietnam. No one really spoke english.

Breakfast is classic Vietnamese - bread, eggs, and coffee. Bathroom had a bidet which I was not expecting.
Staff couldn't speak any English. Sheets on one of the beds weren't clean. Air conditioning wasn't working and the room got quite cold at night.

- Aircon is good, fan too in the room, big size room with 2 large beds even if you book a double room, shower is good, wifi works well.
- Lights are good, there is even a small yellow light for night time, it's great !
- Located on main street so easy to find and walk around.
- Good that they put the motorbikes inside for parking at night.
Staff wasn't very friendly, had to ask for breakfast (omelet, bread, instant coffee) when I wanted to check out early at 6am. I think if I didn't ask they would have skipped it.
- They keep your passport.
- Beds are very hard but still OK if you sleep on your back mostly

It was ok. Good enough for a night's rest but nothing to write home about. Basic rooms but clean, quiet and in a good location. Khe Sanh isn't exactly a rich tourist town so this is about the best you'll get. I'd stay here again if I was passing through. You can pay be EFTPOS as well.

Long balcony corridor with great views. Close to the market and small restaurants. Friendly family. Their daughter speaks excellent English and helped arrange a guided tour. The dad assisted with our onward bus travel. The other guests were mostly people biking the Ho Chi Minh trail, very interesting conversations. The room was basic, but large and clean. Breakfast was provided (coffee, eggs, fruit and bread). We felt very welcome and at home.
