First off the communication with Tracy the property manager was great, I had lots of little questions on the run up to the stay and Tracy always got back to me straight away with a tonne of info on the subject. We actually got to meet Faye & Ian by chance before we checked in and they couldn’t have been more lovely, Ian sorted me out with some much appreciated parking permits and they even left us a couple or bottles of champagne as a congratulations for our event! The house was as good, if not better than the pictures lead you to expect, the whole place is stunning and we just couldn’t get over how beautifully finished it was and the carefully thought out smart aspects like the lighting. There’s loads of fridge space with a fridge freezer in both the main kitchen and the basement kitchen as well as a wine cooler in the utility room and it was so helpful to have things left there like kitchen roll, ice and tea & coffee so you don’t have to worry about bringing those. Good storage space for each bedroom in terms of hangers and wardrobes and plenty of towels provided. Beds were super comfy and there were blankets available which was great as it was too warm for duvets.

Our only regret was that we didn’t have a longer stay as we didn’t get to make use of all of the lovely communal areas or get time to take a long bath in the gorgeous Master en-suite!

11 of us stayed for a long weekend, we had the best time, the owners & Tracy are so lovely and helpful. The house is beautiful, it has everything you need. Location is amazing. Thank you again for a fab weekend

The decor was lovely and the kitchen was so well equipped. Everything you needed . So nice to have a variety of teas and coffee and the basics like oil and condiments provided too. Cinema room a real bonus everything very high-tech.

This is not a fault just to be aware there are a lot of stairs, accommodation spread over 5 floors.

Amazing property in a great location, Tracy & Faye were so lovely and helpful and the place was immaculate. We would 100% recommend this place.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about From arrival to departure everything ran like clockwork There are more facilities and services at this property than you would ever require, literally everything is catered for

An absolute amazing property to rent, done to a high standard to cater for a large group of family or friends. Highly recommend and helped us to have one of the best New Year experiences ever..
