Великолепное расположение. Отличный внутренний дворик с рестораном в главном здании. Отличный сервис на гольф-каре. В номере чисто.

Очень неприветливые официанты на завтраке. Никто не сказал "доброе утрое". Плохой сервис на завтраке на веранде. Плохо убирают грязную посуду. В номере не фиксировалось окно при открытии. Сделали только одну створку. Она была открыта все время. Закрыть окно было невозможно.

location in a very busy area and if u r unlucky to be allocated a room close to the road and tram you are screwed with basically no chance to get a single minute sleep

We liked that it was not a classic hotel structure and we really enjoyed the garden and mansions structure, it did not feel like we were in the city but we were very close to most of Istanbul sites to visit. The staff was extremely kind, especially at breakfast where Nasima always remembered gluten free cake and bread. We really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is in the best location for the national museum 5min walk, Hagia Sofia Mosque & Topkapi palace, 5min , Blue Mosque 10min, turk art gallery opposite blue mosque, Hagia Sofia museum opposite blue mosque, really worth visiting before going to the Mosque. Town walls & towers. Food is wonderful, and breakfast in the Greenhouse is the best. Staff are very helpful & kind. Simply an outstanding hotel. Very clean, housekeeping staff very efficient. The concierge service was excellent. The hotel is spread around Hagia Sofia with buggy carts to take you end to end.

I must say, the service was exceptional. My flight was scheduled for 2 am, and the hotel kindly allowed me to leave my luggage with them after checkout. Moreover, they graciously permitted me to use the spa facilities for a refreshing shower before my departure. This level of hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. I will undoubtedly choose to stay at this hotel again in the future and will enthusiastically recommend it to my friends. Thank you, Hagia Sophia Mansion, for a fantastic stay!

Not sound proof

People will say the location, but you select the location that is good for you, the property just happens to be there.

Although some of the staff are good, many are beyond rude and ignorant. Additionally, they have zero understanding of privacy. They will walk into your room when they want, despite do not disturb signs on your door. They will call you for every little thing, they will try and talk to you when you are on the phone. Also, if you don’t tip enough they will start to get moody with you.

We did not have breakfast due to our schedule. The hotel rooms were excellent and located on a pedestrian street in a very nice area behind Hagia Sophia mosque. The hotel has 2 x receptions which are convenient when getting around and the staff were excellent. Electric buggies, driven by the hotel staff are available and very convenient for the cases.

Csodaszép a szálloda, az elhelyezkedése tökéletes. A nagy területen elhelyezkedő különálló épületek közt golfkocsikkal kényelmesen el lehet jutni a szálloda éttermeibe, vagy akár a spa-ba, ezt a szolgáltatást 0-24 órában biztosítják, ami nagy segítség. A személyzet legtöbb tagja nagyon kedves és készséges, minden kérésünkre és igényünkre azonnal reagáltak. Tetszett, hogy a jacuzzi, ami egy meglehetősen nagy és szép masszázs medence, csak privát órákra bérelhető, így zavartalanul tudott a család kikapcsolódni.

A törölközők és köntösök (leginkább a Spa-ban) eléggé elhasználtak voltak. Az egyikünk köntöséről leszakadt félig az öv. A büfé reggeli kínálata nem túl nagy, és kényelmetlenül zsúfoltan vannak az asztalok. A szálloda másik, “tradicionális” a’la carte reggelijét is szerettük volna kipróbálni, de 10 perc várakozás után sem vették fel a rendelésünket, pedig csupán két asztalnál ültek vendégek. Az épületek adottságai miatt a felsőbb szinteken lévő szobákból a lépések zaja néha nagyon erősen hallatszott, emiatt az első éjszaka egy órát ébren töltöttünk, amíg a felső szomszédunk épp elköltözött a szobájából. Itt egyébként, amikor ezt jeleztük, a Recepció szobacserét ajánlott, amivel végül nem éltünk.

الفندق فاق كل توقعاتي رائع ومريح نفسيا من اجمل وافضل الفنادق التي سكنتها في حياتي؛ محاط بالحدائق والقصور وذو اطلالات خلابة على المسجد الازرق وايا صوفيا السكن كان في جناح جنيور ومساحة الجناح جدا واسعة وسقف مرتفع ونوافذ كثيرة عالية ورغم انه يتكون من حمام واحد لكن يميزه بأن واسع جدا وله عدة اقسام توفر مساحة من الخصوصية وله مدخلين احدهم من غرفة النوم والاخر من الصالة وهذا التصميم لم اراه في اي فندق اخر تفاصيل الفندق والاجنحة تنقلك عبر الزمن لحقبة تاريخية رائعة تشعر وكأنك في بيتك الحديقة الخاصة راااائعة المنطقة المحيطة هادئة ولا يسمح بعبور السيارات لم اجرب افطار الفندق كبوفيه لكن افطار المطعم في الحديقة راائع وانصح به بشدة تعامل العاملين رائع ويتفانون في خدمتك ويتم التنظيم مرتين يوميا ويتركون رسالة يوميا لطيفة في غرفتك بعد التنظيف بعيد بعض الشي من مناطق التسوق مثل البازار وسيركجي لكن لمن يفضلون المشي لا يعتبر مشكلة ملاحظة: الفندق لا يوجد فيه مصاعد كونه قصر تاريخي وكذلك لا يوجد مواقف سيارات

Nos dieron un acenso y además el día de cumpleaños de mi amiga le tenían flores y un pastel en la habitación, el servicio es excepcional, en los restaurantes, en recepción y los chicos de los carritos de golf todos súper amables!

Insuperable ubicación, habitación bellísima mente decorada en un edificio con historia junto a Santa Sofía. Desayuno delicioso. El personal muy amable.

L'Hotel è in una posizione eccezionale. Ideale per essere nel cuore delle attrattive più famose della Città. Lo staff è professionale al massimo e davvero cortese e disponibile. Alla Reception Mr. IUNUF è stato perfetto in tutto e ci ha riservato una stanza dalle "Mille e una notte" completa di ogni confort e piena di fascino. Sembrava un'alloggio riservato ad un ospite del Sultano !!! Si sono ricordati del mio compleanno e ci hanno fatto trovare un benvenuto sia in stanza che il giorno della prima colazione. Mrs. NOZIMA ha reso la nostre colazioni speciali con garbo, gentilezza e cortesia e sempre con un sorriso per noi. Il suo Manager Mr. KASI SERHAT è stato sempre professionale e attento alle nostre esigenze. Mrs. TSIRA è una persona deliziosa, attenta e gentile e ci ha salutato secondo la migliore tradizione tradizione turca. La guida presente nell'Hotel ci ha dato le migliori indicazioni. Tutti i menbri dello staff compresi glia autisti sono una grande squadra ------ The Hotel is in an exceptional location. Ideal for being in the heart of the most famous attractions of the city. The staff is extremely professional and really courteous and helpful. At the reception Mr. IUNUF was perfect in everything and reserved us a room from the "Arabian Nights" complete with every comfort and full of charm. It looked like a private accommodation for a guest of the Sultan!!! They remembered my birthday and made us very welcome both in the room and on the day of breakfast. Mrs. NOZIMA made our breakfasts special with grace, kindness and courtesy and always with a smile for us. Her Manager Mr. KASI SERHAT was always professional and attentive to our needs. All the staff members celebrated my birthday and baked me a small delicious cake. All the staff members including the drivers are a great team

The accommodation is a very nice hotel in the old town realy next to Hagia Sofia. It consists on different smal houses where the rooms are located Breakfast is great full as you can shooed between two restaurants (buffet or a la carte)

Fantastic location in the middle of Sultanahmet area, with historical locations a couple of minutes away on foot. Very unique setup where the hotel is distributed between 17 different buildings (most are right next to Topkapi walls). Got our room upgraded for free (quite spacious). Very supportive and cheerful staff

Reaching the hotel by car will be a challenge given the area restrictions. Given the buildings’ age there might be an issue for those needing elevators or noise isolation

Впечатление о городе во многом зависит от выбранного места размещения, от гостиницы. Убедились в этом в очередной раз. Только приятные эмоции, отличное местоположение, практически домашний уют, вкусные разнообразные завтраки, во всем чувствуется забота на высоком уровне. Perfect location, very confortable and beautiful room with an outstanding bathroom, the gardens where you could relax. Recommend the jacuzzi pool, unique!!! Excellent breakfast! Above all, the amazing staff always nice and available, that really made the diference!

Amazing spa and pool (only upon reservation).Our suite in the green house was beautifull and the bathroom too.

The restaurants and café staff and service not at a 5 star level. Seems that they don't know what to do and most of them do not speak or understand a foreign language. The buffet breakfast was not so nice mainly because there a little choice of pastries and there are not good, no plain yogurt, awfully coffee service like in a canteen. The hotel mansions are not in a private lane even if pedestrian there are a lot of people walking there even taking photos in front of your door or rooms if at the ground floor.

We had an overall very positive experience in the hotel. Upon arrival we got a room upgrade, the room was kept very clean, the staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. The a-la-carte breakfast was a nice start into the day. We will come again!

The breakfast selection was really good. The staff are all polite and give a very good service. Everyone is very attentive to their guest requests.

The thing that’s need a lot of improvement is the menu in the restaurant and room service. Service is very good but the menu selection is very little. I think the hotel should check out the other hotel’s offerings.
