Персонал долго обслуживает и не говорит по английский

Everything is good. Breakfast — good and versatile. Stuff — polite and helpful. Activities for kids — interesting and different everyday. The sea is perfect — small waves, sand, and it is literarily empty, nobody is swimming. Wi-Fi was quite ok, I was able to make a telegram call via Wi-Fi and VPN. Room was fully equipped. In total: 100% recommended. Surrounding area is quite empty, but you can take taxi to the nearest restaurants for like 2-3 € (10-15 ¥), car arrives in less than a minute. You do not need local phone number to do so, just register Alipay account and use DiDi app inside of it.

The only bad thing was some sort of a construction in the right wing of the building. It was noisy during a couple of hours in the evening, and at night I heard low but persistent vibrating sound. I asked another room, guys gave me a new one in the left wing and it was quite.

Great location, wonderful apartment with mountain and sea view. Tasty breakfast and Chinese lunch. A lot of various dishes. Super swimming pool and attractions for children. The sea is near.

Незнание персонала Английского языка

Very nice hotel with a comprehensive children's program. The accommodation and rest service is excellent. Simple dinners, but there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. I went to these places many times twenty years ago. I recommend this hotel, especially for children and adult couples for evening wanderings on wild beaches.

No one speaks English in the whole hotel, all the staff use some kind of electronic translators. They work, but it is lengthy and inappropriate for the status of this hotel.

Отличный номер, чистый, новый. Уборка очень хорошая. Удобный матрас и подушки. Завтрак потрясающий, очень большой ресторан с огромным выбором еды. Множество фруктов и свежевыжатых соков на завтрак. Китайская и европейская еда. Детский стол. Суп- лапшу готовит робот- интересно! Бассейн отличный, лежаков достаточно. Море в паре минут ходьбы. Но на пляже нет лежаков и зонтиков. Отель отличный, но в отдалении от кафе и магазинов.

Un bel hôtel confortable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Une chambre avec balcon et vue sur la piscine et la mer. Il faut juste traverser la route pour accéder à la plage. Un service de majordome et en particulier Wesley, qui est à votre écoute et anticipé même vos besoins. Une délicate attention pour l'anniversaire de notre fille avec un gâteau livré dans notre chambre. Même un service de transfert vers l'aéroport. La proximité de l'aéroport n'est pas un problème, pas entendu un avion de notre séjour.

S'il fallait pondérer une peu notre appréciation, ce serait par le manque de choix pour le repas du midi. Nous aurions apprécié avoir accès à un buffet de salades, fruits et jus.
